Dear All,
What is the procedure of getting a final divorce copy or decree signed by the court? as a wife is out of station so she files a case at her jurisdiction. This is mutual divorce and in this case, after second hearing we will get decree or we have to wait for a few days. This is at outstation court so we have no person who is really in touch with that court.

1. I got married in DEC-2015, She left my Home in Apr- 2018, I filed Divorce in Aug-2018, She filed RCR in OCT-2018 in Her Home town.
2. RCR was at Marking of Evidence stage both my wife and her Counsel are not appearing for the last 4 dates. Last time the Judge said that he will dismiss the case. Will the dismissing of case benefits to My divorce case. If so in what way?
3. In my Divorce case also wife has not appeared a single time in front of the judge. can I ask the Honorable judge to pass an expatry order or shall I ask to mark my evidence as her counsel is attending?
Please let me know how to proceed in further proceedings.

Hello all learned,
I want to ask that husband got writtnen from his wife on simple letter that she has physical realtions with various men and based on the said letter he lodged family suit for divorce ? although the said letter has been written by wife under death of fear and after the lodging the family suit when she face trial on that time she has lodged 498/A complain against him having stated details of the said letter that such kind of letter got written from her by her husban whether is it defense for it ? or as per contract act it is void contract ?

My research online shows that both techniques were employed. In Allahabad and Kerala high courts a mandamus writ seems to be used for such purposes.

my wife is having an affair. I got her outgoing call records from her phone. Is it legal to posses such records or it will be against the laws of privacy? what effect this evidence will do on my divorce case ?

i have RCR , Child Visitation and DV case(filed by opponent/wife ) pending in courts, i got onsite opportunity to travel for one year , i am worried on my seven years old child visitation and other DV Cases .

We are from Indore, House purchased 40 years back by my Maternal Uncle (Mama) is gifted to My mother two years back. We are living in same house since purchased i;e 40 years back, Whereas Uncle is living in Maharashtra.
Tow years back Uncle write on a plain paper with signature that they are gifting this house to Sister.
Now as there is no legal value of that paper, We want to properly registered it to registrar office.
Please guide the process and the tax applicable on it, We have not much money, please suggest where less tax to be paid.

Judgement against false 498a
Are there any judgements against filing false 498A under Section 182 IPC? Please share the web links for the court judgment that I can use as a reference.
