Marriage

Dear Madam/Sir,

Please advise on how to deal with a husband who uses emotional blackmail and threatens to commit suicide when myself and my family members are not able to meet his constant demands for money. We are facing lots of mental harassment from him which had taken a toll on my health.
My husband is presently jobless and is too lazy to find a job and earn a living. He always expects me and my parents to provide financial help.
Let me know what legal options do I have to protect myself against him.

Thanks
Rao

Ex husband making false complaints against me at my work pla

Hi
I'm a muslim working woman. My first marriage was legally dissolved by family court on 27.08.2019 on ground of non consummation of the marriage. I got remarried on 03.01.2020 as per muslim rituals. I'm working under a renowned PSU. My ex husband has filed false complaints against me in my department regarding polygamy and attending court hearings etc without permission. He has also disclosed personal information regarding previous marriage and divorce petition documents to my office. I feel mentally harassed by these actions of him. What legal actions can i take against him? It is also to mention here that he stays in Rajasthan and I'm residing in Delhi now after remarriage. Kindly requested to give genuine advice please.

Divorce

Hello,
One of my relative married under family pressure and is not willing to pursue further for various reasons. They never lived together, even for a day and do not have any physical relationship. Both are working in the same city. Boy is half willing to move forward for divorce but girl is determined to proceed for divorce. When the girl suggested for living in a house together, boy suggested he is not willing for that without physical relationship, with this kind of things, they both were stuck and wasting life.

Now the question is, is there any way that girl can get divorce without contesting for ling time in courts or any other way?
Even both family members are thought divorce will be the only option.

Any help in this matter will be helpful for both of them.

Exchange of marriage articles

My wife eloped with her lover along with my 2 year old kid from her maternal home about 2weeks ago. They both reappeared yesterday and the police released them as they were in consensus of affair before 3 years of marriage. Now She is not living with her parents.

I wanted to return the marriage articles to my father in law and he is also willing to return my gold ornaments.

1. What is the legal method to exchange these marriage articles
2. Apparently my wife is not willing to sign any MOU of exchange of articles
3.How do I proceed exchanging the articles in absence of my wife
4. How to ensure my wife does not claim these again from me

Thanks in advance Experts

Urgent legal advice

My mother (pensioner) & sister who used to stay at their flat at kolkata and later on at Bangalore ( in rented house there also created lot of issues including police complaint against them) has now come to Guwahati . They have taken a rented house where they create nuisance like screaming/shouting etc and more ever my sister who is very short tempered also physically tortures my mother when ever there is a break up in marriage related proposals. .Both of them are mentally not 100% sane which you can feel once you talk to them or observe their activities ) Now every time they do so the house owner calls me to say that you come & take them to your home or I shall go to police. Now as I have already stated that they create trouble with my wife when ever they have come on earlier occasions ( use of abusive language/quarelling & threatining thru SMS etc) also with me and my son so the neighbours start complaining because of shouting /screaming etc and it spoils the peace of my home & my family life .My sister even threatens with dare consequences to my wife & son . Also my Son's board exam has just completed and he is persuing 11th std online classes.. so please suggest what should i do so that I can avoid bringing them to my home and maintain peace in my family life. Also what should I say to the house owner who calls me every time & says he will go to police once they

Now during lockdown period they want me to find a groom .As i have stated they are mentally not sound and go on harassing me over phone. My mother I feel has crossed all limits and is now saying if you cannot find a groom tell your son ( who has just appeared board, age 16 yrs ) to marry my Daughter ( age 38 yrs). Now you can understand what is the status of their mental health . I even feel shame to mention such thing in mail. These are un natural talks which they speak and reflects their mental status. Today the house owner where they are staying on rent called me up to inform that ,I should shift them from his house or he will approach police .I went and met him & asked him to give me some time .I told my mother & sister that they need to consult psychiatrist or go to rehabilitation centre for treatment ,but they don't want to go there & I don't want to bring them to my house as already mentioned above ,they will inflict harm to my son & wife and also create nuisance in the home which will destroy our mental peace. I also met police but they could not provide any help & told me it is your personal problem & you need to find out solution. I am really suffering because it is hampering the peace in my family life .

Please help me out with some legal options . They need to be in correction centre or assylum for mental treatment.how can I get it done with police or legal assistance.pl suggest.
Regards
Rajib

Rights of foreign wife of indian, within india

Dear Respected Sirs/Madams

I am a FOREIGN lady married to Indian man. Our marriage was registered abroad and endorsed at Indian embassy and my name is included in his passport. I am now living in India with him and i am holding OCI card also. I am spending money on our married life in India; money that i brought/bringing from my own country after selling my properties there.
My husband has some property in India. But he also has two Indian sons from is previous marriage. His Indian ex wife and sons are demanding that all his property in India should only go to them and nothing should go to me. His parents are also supporting his ex-wife and not me. His undivided ancestral property is also disputed between him and brother.

How can i secure my rights financially in India? Is it enough if my husband makes a registered affidavit promising to give me some money/property in case of his death or divorce? Can he later change, cancel or over write such affidavit if he changes his mind? How to make it a non revokable affidavit?

Thank you for your valuable time and advice.
Shainy
