Dear experts ,
My father is taking family pension after death of my mother. As i already stated in my last query ,my father is married or live in relationship before the death of my mother. The lady and her daughter is using my father name as her husband and father. I have proof for that . the lady and daughter is still living with my father.my query is this ,my father is entitled for taking family Pension or not. I have already made the complaint to the department and filed complaint case in Court under CPC. I also want to know that a family pensioner can live in relationship. The family pension sanctioned after the affidavit given that my father is not marry again.
Please give me your valuable reply.

मैंने divorce का मुकदमा 2012 में किया था और जिस पर पत्नी को HMA 24 और 26 में 5000/- रुपए गुजारा भत्ता भी आदेश हुआ हैं । मैंने साक्ष्यों के संदर्भ में CD न्यायालय में एक साल पहले जमा की थी । अभी यह वाद evidence स्टेज पर हैं । मेरे ब्यान भी अब होंगे और वकील के अनुसार CD को साक्ष्य के रूप में पेश करने के लिये अलग से प्रार्थना पत्र लगता हैं । कोई कहता हैं कि CD बेकार हैं जज नहीं देखेगा । CD में पत्नी के अपने प्रेमी से बात करने और मुझे दी गयी धमकियों के अलावा अन्य महत्वपूर्ण डाटा हैं ।
कृपया सही मार्गदर्शन करें कि सही प्रक्रिया क्या हैं और प्रार्थना पत्र किस धारा में बनाया जाए कि CD को साक्ष्य माना जाये और फिर प्रक्रिया क्या होगी , न्यायालय इस प्रकार के साक्ष्यों के संदर्भ में क्या प्रक्रिया अपनाता हैं । कृपया प्रावधान और न्यायायिक दृष्टांत भी उल्लेखित करें ।

I recently found the baby given birth by my wife is not mine, from then she stopped contacting me & there has been quarrel between both families. As I am a muslim, I made complaint to Qazi in my locality but they are refusing to take up the case as it is a case against modesty of a woman. My in-laws are forcing me to take my wife back to my home.
Can anybody provide me a clear solution on how to come-out of this situation, even I want divorce my wife.

My husband got all my pre marriage fb chats. His family do domestic violence on me. Now he has threatened me that if I proceed to file any case he will proof me characterless by showing all that chats and defame me. In his words." Agar case ki to kahi nuh dikhane lyk nai chhorenge"
Can it be used as an evidence.
We have tried all the possible ways to stop these and live together but there is no positive response. He left me in my Mom house last 6 month and didn't took me home.

Dear experts,
My father is living permanently with a lady after the death of my mother.now I came to know the fact that my father is in relationship with that lady before the death of my mother and he has a daughter too with that relationship.I got a copy of voter ID of both lady and her daughter, using my father name as her husband and father. I have full education details of daughter through RTI in which my father name is used as a father. Is this sufficient to register case for bigamy.please suggest me what can I do better legally.I will be really thankful to all of you .

A girl married to boy 1 year ago as court registered marriage and never stayed with him even for a single day as girl have already made statment at police station that she wasn't mentally prepared for this how much time it may take for annulment as girl wants to Marry someone else

Hello sir,
Just week back, I got registered ad with speed post from Mrs. 498a (separated since one year) lawyer on his letter head making some allegations and asking for some information regarding her bank account. Everything part of that letter is absurd but here I am looking for some expert advice regarding these type of letters:
1) does this type of notice coming via registered ad direct from lawyer on his letter head not from court, holds any value?
2) should we even respond to such letter ?
3) if response is required, should we deny all the absurd allegations mentioned in that letter or the best way to response such letters if needed?

I have a friend who got married second time as per muslim rituals and rites. Before their marriage the second wife had informed my friend that she was a divorcee and have no issue with her former husband. Later, my friend learned that the second wife had executed the divorce deed with her former husband after a period of 10 months of thir marriage. She is now threatening my friend to give talaq and as maintenance she is demanding 25 lakhs or else she will file 498a. Her former husband has also threatened him for filing adultery case against him as no divorce was existed at the time of their marriage.
Please let me know the legal remedy in order save his life....what action can be taken against his second wife and her former husband

Hello everyone.. I've been trying to sort this issue for a long time but failed due to improper guidance. My son is two and half years old and born in kumaran hospital kilpauk chennai. I checked his birth certificate online and took a print out but it's completely a wrong father's name so I went to the office in aminjikarai but they said it's not possible. I don't know how the mistake happened if it's the hospital or somewhere else. Please please someone help me because I need to join my son in school shortly.

Divorce
i lived with my wife for 15 months and we have separated since 16 months due incompatibility and her demand for separate house, unconsummated marriage due to vaginismus ( i have recently known that this is a ground for divorce) and false accusations. My in-laws have turned a deaf ear and do not want any solution or talks of divorce despite my several approaches. I have no medical proof of her medical condition. Me and my parents feel helpless and stuck. Please advice. There has been no legal initiation until now from either sides.
