Dear experts,
My question is that if a lady married to a man knowing the fact that he is already married is an offence or not.if it is offence,what section of lPC is applicable for that.

Is it necessary for a woman (widow) to physically continue to live at husbands owned home to be able to claim right of residence?
In following situation situation
1. She works out of city for her govt job continuously so cant stay at home regularly
or
2. She does not live in husbands home even for a day after marriage due to some discords and husband has died
3. Due to torture and harassment by his family living with her husband she prefers not to stay at matrimonial home in order to safeguard her well being.
Her husband died 9 years back but his brothers family continue to occupy the house and don't allow her to enter or in other words grabbed the property quoting they have a will but which is not probated or authenticated yet.

I'm going to apply for divorce from my wife.We are not living together before 8 Years.
I pay maintenance already.Also She Working in Gov. Job But I have no proof.

Its about 9 months
But now boy's parents are forcing him to marry another girl
He is getting influence by them
What legal action you people suggest.

Dear Sirs/ma'ms
I filed case under 13 on cruelty grounds. In my Case 2 issues were framed, 1st divorce may be granted ? 2nd Jurisdiction of the case.
Judge heard 2nd issue and gave order that jurisdiction exists and thereby we won on Jurisdiction. But 1st issue still pending. In meantime opposition moved to HC against jurisdiction, case admitted without our knowledge even we filed caveat. HC has called record from lower court. But no stay order till date.
We want that case at lower court may continue to proceed. other party is not allowing to proceed also now file has been called by HC. How can we continue to proceed in Lower Court and how we peruse judge to start hearing on 1st issue.

Dear sir/Madam,
My father retired from indian army and was worked as a Armed Guard in State Bank of India (SBI). He passed away in 2004 after 10 years service from SBI. My mother getting only defense pension. Is she eligible to get SBI pension (two family pension) as well?

my wife filed many cases against me and my family
first she filed complaint in women commission
2nd she filed another complaint in caw cell in caw cell our io refer to the mediator which was failed by her and her father.later the io was file fir against me and my mother , father , sister and brother etc.
there after my all family memebers got bail by the session court but i am not then i got bail from high court then she filed another complaint in dv act and 125
after arguments she awarded rs.6000 per month from mm court in dv act.
till the day she is not willing to live with me i file divorce case against her but she neglect . please suggest me how can i got divorce from her.

My cousin sister got married 8 months ago at araya samaj in presence of family.
This intercaste marriage and now parents of her husband are forcing him to marry another girl.

My sister husband wants divorce,
So My sister filed a DVC case on her husband.
Later that he was accused in a criminal case of minor girl kidnapping. he died recently(year back), we moved DVC to his parents. now case at stage of listening sakshyam of ours. but my parents are planning to do marriage to my sister. so we want to take return the case. is it possible,what is the process.
