Does father has a right to make a will on his son's and daughter in law's property stating that he had made the payments(no proofs are there)?

I bought one property with my own money. When i bought the property my father gave me Rs. 1 lakh which indirectly i used in paying the dues of the property. All the documents are in my name and all the transaction was held through my account.But my father who is a lawyer says he also holds equal rights in the property.
Please let me know if its true?
My terms with my father are not good and now he wants that i should give him the share in my property else he will go to court.
Please help me regarding the same.

Sir,
As per Muslim Law I had pronounced Talaq to my wife on 17.11.2010. This I had informed the jamat of local area. Later my wife and her 4 relatives contacted jamat and conceeded that they have accepted the talaq. later she refused to put it in writing but
filed case for maintenance unde DV Act. Is the talaq valid.
After the judgement can I take custody of my 2 daughters aged 13 & 9.

both my parents have expired couple of years back. my grandfather had left a house at my hometown. we are three and my father had not written any will regarding this property. Pls let me the share holding patterns of this house amongst three of us, which was given by my grand father as per the law.

To my earlier question of maintenance to divorced wife I have paid mahar on the first day of marriage by way of a fixed deposit which she encashed later for buying gold.

one male member has expired leaving behind his wife & four daughters three sons , out of which four daughters @ 2 sons are major. One house is lying in the name of the deceased . Now his family want to sale that house . What precaution should I take as purchaser & who are the legal heirs of the deceased .Who will sign the sale deed & sale agreement as legal heirs.
Please guide me in the matter .

Hi
I am married and working in S/w firm. My father had expired two years back. I had seperated from my mother and younger brother. My father had a house and few savingings(Fixed deposits) at time of his death. I had transfered saving on my mothers name. but house is still on my fathers name. Now, I have disputes between my mother and brother, so I fled to a rented house. I have no interest in my father, mother or brothers assets nor the house. But, I want to get rid of any criminal or Family law concerns. Since, my brother is a crook and he wanted to harrase me. Please, suggest the way to get legal affair so that I will not have any kind of relations with my mother or brother with House or Parental laws.

Please for Bigamy and 498 (A)
Dear Sirs,
My sister’s divorce case filed by her husband in June 2008 has been rejected in the family court. Then he appealed in the high court for the divorce. We were blindly hoping that he will take my sister to his company in the near future and hence not liking to file a case under 498(A) or any other suitable case may be.
Recently we get to know from confidential sources that he got second marriage and living with her secretly. Knowing this, we prepared ourselves to file a case under 498 (A) and communicated the same with our lawyer.
Our lawyer is delaying to file a case showing some meaningless pretexts and we are suspecting whether our lawyer was sold out to her husband.
Please note that: He (husband) is not paying the maintenance since the appeal in the high court. When enquired about this with our lawyer, he is telling some cock and duck stories.
