My wife wants more money as settlement and as I dint not agree for settlement, she is sending police to my workplace , house on regular basis from different police stations and they are calling me for inquiry .there is no case against me yet but they are threatening that they would put me behind bars if I dont agree to settlement. Our cases are running parallel y in court and my wife totally disregards it and follows the police route of harassment. I have had enough... I need to protect myself and give them what they deserve legally... can somebody help me out of this situation.

You can approach your high court with a direction petition to direct the police not to harass your self for a matrimonial dispute which will falls under civil dispute.

If Court is not sending the police with summon/warrant to call you and case is in progress inform the respected court or the Family court/FCMC regarding the same and the specific Police Station Officer/Dy.S.p./Acp and if no one listen to you then go to High Court.
