Hi,
I have been married for teh past 2 years and have a one year old son. From the second month of my marriage my in laws have been troubling me for money. I am working in healthcare industry and contribute 50% of my salary to my in laws. My in laws are asking for my complete salary, else they ill treat me badly. My husband is also not supportive. My in laws don't take care of my son also. I have to leave her to my mother's place when I am at work.
I have some gold ornaments given by my mother at time of my marriage. My mother in law wants to get my complete salary & my gold else she says she will throw me out of this house with my 1 year old son. My husband also supports her in this and is ready to divorce me.
What options can I exercise in this case - DV, dowry, residential rights? Please suggest before it gets late.

I dont know what to do, After figting for the divorce case filed by me in Tis Hazari court 2 years back and finally coming to the Mutual Consent divorce for a hefty amount, MY Wife is now harassing me for not returning her articles.
In the 1st motion, Our statements have been recorded already in the court that she has taken everything(Stridhan etc) and got 50% of the settlement amount as well.
Now she is saying that she will sign the 2nd motion only once she gets her remaining articles which I dont posesss.
She is basically tortouring us to shell out more money.
Kindly ADVISE WHAT SHALL I DO SINCE SHE HAS BECOME VERY ADAMANT AND THREATENING TO WITHDRAW HER CONSENT?
Please help since I need to get the divorce asap in order to resettle again in LIFE.

My surname is recorded has D'SOUSA in my parents birth certificate now i have to spell my surname has D'SOUZA . How should i go about the same since i have no record which can prove my surname has D'SOUZA . Under stand in place of 'SA' i want 'ZA' at the end.
Please tell me process and cost for doing the same.

Dear Sir,
After the death of my first wife, I re-marriaged in January, 2012 who was a divorcee and has a girl Aged 12 Years, whose all responsibility accepted by her.
Sir, I have made a registered adoption deed on 30/03/2012.
Now, Please let me know
(1) Is it possible for me to make change in her original name and put my name behind her ?
(2) Could I change her name in L/c of School ?
Please advice. I heard that by publishing in gazzete, I could change the name ! If it is true, please reply what would be the procedure ?

My Wife is seperated from me since 11 months. I wish to GIFT all my propery(LIC, Term insurance 20 of lakh) to my father or siter. I 'm going to WILL for the same.
After my certain death( Normal / suspious)
Can my wife claim on my propery which I have already GIFT'ed to father, mother or Sister?

Dear Sir,
First I thank U all for give me a good support. Sir I & my wife had a small misunderstanding which grew into huge problem by his father. Before separation we stayed in a rental house, his father told us let them(me & my wife) be separate for two months then only they will understand what is a family. All of sudden she filled a Dva on my family , after getting the main petition I filled an RCR in family court after that she filled a I.M with DVA. Then I filled Visiting Rights for my 3 yr old child with RCR. Now in DVA my sister husband is not willing to come. So as they know our weakness they are forcing us to give MCD and in MCD also they are not allowing us to have visiting rights. I tried several times to meet my child in his school but they stop him in that school. We also ask a lawyer in High court for dispense with for my family members. In family Court Hon Judge had told her to bring the child to Court. But she didn't did that for more than 3 hearings.
1. Shall I continue with DVA?
2. Can I get V.R in family court?
3. Can I go to police station asking to bring my child?
4. Now They had joined him in a new school without my knowledge? Can I ask it in court?

Dear sirs,wife allegations r dowry harassment,gold sold &necked her away.3yrs desertion.interim paying for both wife and son for 2 months of consummation only.real facts r she want to get me to her house leaving my parents.not withstanding to my offer to maintain if she comes to my house & her desertion is it possible for fc judge to decre who is unemployed wife without just cause as my advocate said.how it would justify in favour of husband?can it make any difference by not prove,disprove?

I got recently married to a widow(she lost her husband a couple of months ago).She has two daughters with age 7 and 11 respectively. I am living in Hyderabad,Andhra pradesh ,India.
Can you pl advise the necessary steps required to change their surnames of their bio father into mine. Also how do i get a DOB certificates with stepfathers surname or will they remain unchanged permanently ? Also i want the caste to be changed to stepfather's Caste. I have to admit daughters in the school now. Can you Pl help me out ASAP.
