Dear Sir,
I have been married to my father's brother daughter with the consent of the families. Now I have one son and we are happily living for 5 years.
My question is that I am a govt. employee. Please tell me if there is any threat to my job. I have also cleared IAS Mains. Now I wanted to know whether there will be any problem to my job due to my marriage. Pllllleaseeee guide. I have read in your blog that sapinda marriage is not valid. If it can have effect on my job. Now I am on threshold of clearing IAS. Please guide me. Also suggest remedy. Can I now convert to Christanity or what is other remedy. Please tell me. God bless you all.

Respected Sir,
Kindly any one can tell me that My wife got Khula/ Diverse from Mufti of Mahkmaye-shariay Uncompetent court and i dont have any proof from Mufti for Diverse as he was with them new she runaway with someone I dont know as she was having affaire with him.
now i dont have any idea where is she Interim maintenance date is 24/07/2012 for argument can anyone help me how i have to proove to the court that she got merried and diverse.
Mufti have theaten me to file false case against me and put into jail if i will complain agaist him because this mufti is reputed in Muslim society. she aborted child and her brother try to kill me but police didnt register any case against my FIL and BIL 4 Years has gone.
can i file 307 aganst my BIL and 312 agaisnt wife and FIL
Please reply me I am waiting

Dear Sir,
I have required some remedy against below mentioned issues:
Myself, X and I run a school up to 8th standard on premise of my living father, my father have fully acquired of rights over the same. I have one elder brother and married younger sister.
I am running the school for last 7 years but now my father has threaten to me that he will be get out of me and my family from their school. Me & my family are staying at school premises for last 1 year.
Recently my father has start a some constructional work at school thereby I facing lots of problem. He also threaten me that he will sale out his property to other peoples.
Please help me and share the relevant act which under I can file a civil suit for find some remedy.
Would be ever greatful to you all...

We have been married for almost 9 years. We have a son of 8 years old. Everything started with incompatibility people involved and made it worse.
My wife is working in IT filed. i am also working. Lot of bad things happended in our life.
Till now my wife filed 2 Firs. One she withdrew (cyber crime). Status of second(506a) FIR i am not sure. I took bail and left the place.(till now no dowry case).
We are not in touch for the last 2 years. even if make phone , after hearing my voice she will drop it. My wife is not ready to live with me right now. also she is not ready to take any decision for some reason and not ready to give divorce.
Most part of our married went like this. i am taking abt the last incident .
Every thing I tried like counseling, mediation with the help of elder ppl etc... But no use.
She has bought house on he own.
She is not asking me for any maintenance as of now.
Questions are.
Can i file divorce case base on the above stated incidents ? two FIRs are enought to prove cruelty ?
i heard from some of my friends contested divorce is not easy .
I approached a lawyer @ my town. I sent him a divorce petition which was already prepared (1 year back i approached a lawyer and then stopped). After seeing my petition the lawyer discussed my problem with his fellow lawyer who knows about our problem. Since then The Lawyer has been saying( for the last 1.5 months) my petition has to be altered and he is working on that. Till now he hasn’t altered.
I don’t know whether the lawyer discussed with my wife and her parents and making delay purposely.
I am not also sure whether the delay is due to lawyers inability as he is always referring his fellow lawyer.
As the lawyers know about out problem, i thought it would be easy to run tthis case . My wife doesn’t care my whereabouts and whether i live with someone. So if she is ready for any peaceful problem, these lawyer might solve the issue.
i dont know whether i need to continue with the lawyer despite the delay.

My wife along with my 5 years old daughter is staying seperately for the last 2 years at her parents house.....In between I filed Sec.9 to join her matrimonial home back plus the petition for custody and visitation rights for my daughter under GUARDIAN and WARD ACT in reply of which she filed false FIR against me under sec.498A,406 and 34. My wife again and again and threatening me that she will do brain wash and make my daughter against me and which i also noticed in my daughters behaviour during my last visit to her as she has not accepted any gift from my side which i bought for her...Sir now i want to seek some good advice that what can i do legally and emotionally now so that my daughter dont get far away from me as I am very much concerned about her........i m very much upset

I reside in Chennai, and was married to a Nigerian in Chennai according to Christian rites. We separated in April 1986 and I returned to India from Nigeria. We have never lived together or seen each other since the day of separation. I have been living in Chennai these last 26 plus years and want to bring closure to my marriage. What should I do? court had passed NO SAY order against respondent wife.
on next date she filed application for setting aside the NO SAY order and for accepting her WS.
The District court allowed her application & accepted her WS + Sec. 24 application.
Will it be wise to challenge this in HC ?

My brother has recently married before 5-6 months. Since from day one wife is not cool always quarrels and show up her attitude. She calls to all family members of brother and quarrels and tells not to come in her house. She always put a pressure on her mother in law (60yrs widow)and husband saying that with the help of women cell she will arrest them and teach a lesson. Always gives such kind of Dhamki and her parents are with her. They always teach her what to act but never teach her good. She has disturbed a whole life of my brother and mom. We need a divorce or a better advice in this regard. She feels sico also. In a month, week she keeps calm and after a week she goes rude or viral and fights with them. Is there any law to protect such a family from getting harresment from wife. She is now out of control. What to do pls. advice fast. She dont cook, dont do anything. Always try to make fight and often calls to her parents and tell them the news headlines of laws to show off us to be frightened from her. Pls. pls. help us. She dont allow me to come in house. I am sister of this brother. do something for us.
