After proving of mental disorder of wife, is there any way to demand maintenance from her husband? what the interpetition of wife as per law?

Dear Respected sirs,
My wife left my house in the month of october 2011, Intially i tried to bring her back to which she had refused and now after 8-9 months she wants to come to me. I am refusing her due to the past experiance of her sucide and her parents behavior towards me. Now they are threating me that they will barge into my house by breaking the lock and will force me to continue relationship. My quries are
1. can i apply for divorce even if she is staying me.
2. I fear that she may enact a sucide drama as she had done in past, is there any way to protect my self.
3. Her parents are very arrogant and only belive in force rather than love in family, shall i get any protection from her parents.
PLease adivse me.. past 8 months i am going through hell from this mental tensions.

Its urgent kindly advice , i have done marriage as per special marriage act in bengal in june and as per hindu customs in uttar pradesh in july . Girls family were not present in both the ceremonies as they were against our relations . Now they got agreed and want to do marriage in their customs in bengal again and want to give reception party too .
So, plz suggest is it legal to marry the same person twice on different days as per hindu customs and the indian law.
Or should I just say no to girls family .

As per Family court order, access is granted to my 5 year old son's access is given to his father once a week.
From last few months, my son is refusing to go to his father completely. I ensure to take him for access on the stipulated days but my son refuses to go to him.
My son has even told him many times that he does not want to go to him but my husband forcefully tries to take the child for access. This even further scares the child and day by day, he has become more firm that he does not want to go to him.
I have already made an application to the Court highlighting this.
The question that I want to ask ---
1. Will my 5 year old son's opinion counted and if he does not want to go for access, will access be stopped?
2. Will Family Court suggest to go for counselling of 5 year old child so that the access will be continued?
3. Will Family court ask to continue the access and will ask to go for forcefull access even if the child is not willing to go and is able to express by himself.
4. Will Court try some other ways and means like having access in the court premises so as to have supervised access but the court timings are not suitable for my son due to his school and also the inconvenience of travelling to the child.

it says a female coparcenor of mitakshara family has the right to sell/settle her property without having concent from their legal heirs but a male coparcenor cannot. why this indifference?

I am a victim husband , my wife is residing in her parents house for last 1 years.I have
requested him to come back home several times .I send 5 letter in this matter .I have all
the receipt copy also, now i want either divorce or come back of my wife .My wife is theating
me if i file divorce case , she will loger it 10-15 years .I want to mention that she is an
Government Employee.
1)My question is that is it possible for hime to loger the case 10-15 years or is there any way out ?
2)Can i file case either come back home or get divorce ? is there any act

A father wants his child to his custody, but in between the parents of the child there was no marriage held, the father accepted the child gladly and gave maintenance all the time whenever the mother of the child wanted for the child's education or for any other necessity. Now the father wants the child in his custody because the mother of the child is not taking proper care of the child, and in the name of the child's education grabbing money from the father, In the mean time the mother of the child stopped the father to meet his own son. In fact the father is not getting proper news of the child also and he wants to admit the child in any good school for his good education which is not possible for the mother because she is keeping the child with an illiterate servant as she is a working lady.
i have filed a case u/s 25 of the Guardian & Wards Act, 1890.
This is the fact of the case.... can u give me good recent years citations in favour of the father who is seeking to see his child and to take custody of him.... need it very urgently...
