Is it mandatory while drafting an MACT claim petition to mention whether the compensation is being claimed u/s 163A or 166 of MV Act?

A group of people had house plots which they purchased from owner and got registration.The same land government alloted to one corporate company. The plot owners filed writ of mandamous against the government. The writ dismissed by the High court directing the petitioner to go to the civil court to prove there title.
Q1. The owners should give statutory notice to the governemnt before filing the suit?
Q2.The owners should file suit for recovery of pocession and declaration of tile or claim for compensation for their plots?

Dear Sir,
I am doing job work of washing machines. With the help of freind I have opened s.B. a/c with Rs. 5000 in bank and on his good relationship that I give him three blank sign cheque on the basis of promise, he will give me cash after 2 three day as advance for job work of material. whenever I return back his material after doing job work, he return my cheque. (verbal condition) but he do not give any material to me and give me legal notice to pay Rs. 50000/- (the amount fill in blank cheque), which I give you personal loan. I am immdeiate close my bank a/c. There is no transaction in bank account except of this Rs.5000/- and he give him security to open the account. Now I have received legal notice from court. Please help me what I can do now ?

As per conveyance deed, the property (residential flat) is in the name of my demised mother, who had source of income. I am staying with my family in the said property peacefully and under possession. My elder brother instigated father to file a suit for partition. The case is underway as they became plaintiff/Second defendant (supported father) and I am sole defendant. All amicable solution has failed inside or outside the court. The plaintiff statement reads extremely harsh, trying to spoil my career and trying to win because of being senior citizen. My question, what are my options to retain the property against selling/auctioning in open market. How strong oral WILL affidavit is will play to save the case. Is there any other ways to save the case or defend well.

How long the General Power of Attorney (GPA) is valid if no dates are mentioned in the GPA? This is regarding sale of land or building.

I have a flat in a building which in which
one wing is commericial and another is residential. I have given on laeave and license a flat as residential but the licensee is using it for commericial purpose this is going on for 3 yrs now a new committe has come in the society and they do not want comm ercial to continue. neatly half the building is being used for commercial. What can the society do? can they stop us and are they justified in charging us about 4 times the maintenance charges.

Denial of insurance
In an MACT case, the respondent insurance company has specifically denied the fact that the offending vehicle was insured by it.
Now the insurance company has moved an application u/s 170 of MV Act to take all defences that are available to the owner and driver of offending vehicle.
Please advise how to oppose. Is there any case-law on this point.
