Hi, are you a student of Law? If so pls read the books.
If you are not a student of law, then you will have to approach a lawyer who will prepare and file the suit/petition, for whichever purpose you want it to be filed.

Draft the suit or petition as the case may be. Pay court fees. Attach accompaniments like affidavit in support of plaint, file documents with a list, file address memo, supply copies for defendant/respondent, pay process fees, if any. And submit all these before an officer of the court authorised to receive plaint/petition.
