Dear Sirs,
This is a case regarding a European woman married to an indian man. Their marriage was regsitered under the Special Marriage Act. The couple were living happily for more then 3 years. They brought a propery and started a resort mainly for foreign tourists. The money was spent by the woman for purchasing the property and setting up a resort.
Now the relation has become sour. The man wants to seperate. The girs is in a fix. Now she realised that the man was only after her money and now, when the business is settled well he wants to leave the girl.
Now my query is that:
1. How can the girl claim her right on the property? (Property is purchased in the name of the man, but entire money spent by girl)
2. Can the european girl purchase land in India in her own name?
3. Is there any remedy for the girl to get back the money and the property?
4. What other remedy is available for the european girl to save the marriage and also the property and money??
Kindly advise.

Hi All,
I have a query on Gift Deed settlement. I will describe the current scenario my wife is in. We have 2 daughters. My wife made a Gift deed settlement to one of my daughters 2 years ago. But there after the settlement, daughter showed her real face and made many problems. So, my wife was frustrated by their activities and cancelled the Gift deed and planned to sell the house. Now, my daughter has filed a suit OS.No against my wife. Can't we sell the house at this position? Or if, I can make another Gift settlement deed to other daughter? If that's the case, my latest Gift settlement be valid and the first gift settlement deed becomes void?
I need experts views on this. Thanks in advance.

Sirs,
I submitted an application under section 151 of cpc to place material facts in an ongoing civil case. It consisted of 25 paras alongwith an index. Now I found in 2 paras there is typographical error on dates mentioned. In one para instead of 13th it should be 30th and in another para instead of 2011 it should be 1997.How should I correct this. It is only submitted in court and still not released to respondents. Iam the petitioner.
Thanks please reply in detail.
