Application under O 5 r 20 cpc was moved on 30 th Dec. 2011 and court allowed the Application and ordered the publication of court notice for service of defendant and the next fixed is 17.01.2012.
Now is it mandatory to provide 30 days period for publication.
or court can decide according to the case as how time is to be given for publication.
Now publication could not be made within these 18 days. Now can we seek for further time for publication and if yes on what grounds.
Please advise

Dear Sir(s),
Judge is not dselivering a order in IA (3rd party inclusion)in the demolition case, for last 6 months.
What do I do?
He has just posted for further hearing (remark on the order sheet), on the interval of 1 month since Aug.11 without coming it on the board..
Pls guide/remedy.

In a specific relief suit consisting of a Petitioner and two Government Departments as Respondents.
In the suit proceeding the Govt Department 1 has been set exparte for not filing written statement.
The second Respondent(Govt. Dept.) just simply to drag on the case filed a Written Statement but failed to file a Affidavit for further trial.
This deliberate act of filing of Written Statement of the Second Respondent has cause unnecessary loss of time to the petitioner.
Now my query is there a provision in Civil Procedure code for punishing the act of deliberately filing of written statement and not filing a an affidavit for the same ?.

In a matter relating to a Treasury a particular Safe Custody Article was transferred from the Treasury to a Government Department.
Here the problem is that I the applicant doesn't know the exact date of transfer of that particular safe custody article to the particular Govt. Department, But I certainly know that it is the Govt. Department I am planning to apply under RTI Act.
Now my query is that :
Can I make a RTI application to the Government Department seeking the status / information on availability or non- availability of that particular Safe Custody Article.
Is this query valid under RTI ?

Lower court decreed the suit for eviction against three person all co-sharer but only one appealed against the decree. In appeal the decree of lower court is set aside. Whether now decree of lower court is binding against other two person?

Hi,
I am having a Personal Loan in Dubai, U.A.E. Before taking the loan, I have signed the bank form and other terms and conditions also.
But I didn’t keep the photocopies of the same. The representative of the bank promised me to give the photocopies of the same, but now he could not turned up and even not picking up the phone. I spoke to their Customer Care department, but they were saying that we cannot provide the photocopies of the same.
Is there anything to worry in the future? Please advice.

I would be grateful of you, if you advice me regarding my credit card issue.
I had taken ICICI bank credit card (Rs. 1 lakh) before three year, I paid two year without fail but from last 1 year i failed to pay all amout now it is it 1,40,000, they are sending me notices, but i m not responding due unavailibility of funds. As per your calculation, how much settlement amount they will ask me to pay. I am ready to pay 80,000 as final settlement amount in three installments.
will they consider this amount ?
I am afraid. Please guide me.

I was tenent in a city for past fourteen years.I begin with rent of 1250.It was increased up to 7500 gradually, all of suddenly landlord filed suit demanding 3 time the rent befour two year thare is no balance of rent i vacated the premises before one year . Landlord continued the suit demanding the diffrence amont of rent what should i do ...... what will be thejudgement in this regard .
