Sir.,
This regards to my earliear question
we have purchased land of 300 sq.yards in a village as a open plot in the year 2005. after 7 years we noticed that the said plot is already sold to another person ( mine is 2nd registration) how we can procede for justice.
1) can we get substitute & equivalent value land if the cheater (sellar) having the land in another location.
2) if he is unable to provide alternates what is the punishment for his cheating.
3) As a victim what we get in this course.
4) I am residing in Hyderabad, my land cheater and land is at Warangal, where can i file a case in Hyderabad "or" Warangal.
5) In year-2005 registration value of above said land is Rs.65000/- and market value is at 200000/- Now i.e., in year 2012
the registration value is 330000/- and market value is at nearly 1000000/- which value i will get.
6) During the court trail process : my age is 45 years and land cheater is about 75 years. if he dies what is the procedure.
7) How much time take to delivary the justice for this type of cases.
8) Is it court give status quo of his present assets untill the case is completed.
9) if court decides the compensation based on Year-2003 registration value and interest @15% per annum and court charges. I may not get todays market value.in such situation what is the remedy.
10) For filing a case in court how much expenditure can we expect in the form stamp duties and lawyer charges.
Based on your guidance and advice I will go to court for justice.
Thank you sir.,

Dear sir/mam,
one of my friend she was a petitioner in mvc case, where she was supposed to get 6 lakhs compensation for her husbands death, the court gave judgement that insurance co should pay 6 lakhs, but then the insurance co ( respondents) appealed to highcourt, hight court told the company to pay atleast 4 lakhs to the petitioner only then they will proceed with MFA, the company paid 4lakhs to the petitioner. the petitioner had engaged a lawyer to the mvc case in the lower court, she had paid some lawyer fees as in she had financial problem, and she engaged a differnt lawyer in the high court, and also she paid some fees, but the mfa case was dismissed since there was no prosecution, and now high court has given the judgement to go with the lower court order and pay the petitioner the remainiing amount with inerest , As the petitioner is financially weak, she cannot engage the same lawyer since she must pay some percentage fo amount from the compensation to her lawyer, and she cannot approach the insurance co without a lawyer, she wants to know if she can approach lok adalat to claim the remainng money with interest form the order date, or can she enagage a new lawyer witthout noc she has lost lot of money by paying fees to many lawyeres but was unable to proceed with the case, she wants to know hw can she claim the remaning compenstation and she doesnt want to go back to the old lawyer, she might have to pay a exhorbitant amount, as well she makes very meagre income please kindly let me know how she can claim it

Through this forum I have come to know that the once award is made by lok adalat and if one of the parties is not complying with the terms of the award, the executtion petition has to be filed for enforecement.
Whether the process after filing of execution petition is also like filing and contesting a new case and may take years to decide or some short cum remedy is possible

Sir,
I have rented a property to a government insurance company and in the rent agreement it is written that they can cancel the lease by giving 3 months notice and there is no such clause in our favour.
Please guide me how to enforce this clause in our favour also as this clause is in their favour and it becomes one sided agreement.
Kindly give the detailed procedure for filing of caveat u/s 148A of code of civil procedure 1908 with the COMPANY LAW BOARD.
Kindly reply at the earliest.
Regards,
Himani
