in a suit for rendition of account and recovery filed by a service center at its working place at delhi against the company head office at Mumbai.

which court have the jurisdiction ?

please help me with case law

If the part of cause of action arose in Delhi then it could be filed there also.

Instead of blindingly searching for case laws it would be better if you first know the provisions of law properly in this respect.

If you go through the sections from 15 to 20 of CPC then you would get fair idea about this.

Both the courts at Delhi and Mumbai have jurisdiction under Sec.20 CPC. The party can choose from either of the courts.
