Respected Experts,
A person, who seeks for appointment of an Arbitrator, cannot be challenged a particular document on a “technical point about its maintainability, before the Arbitrator. I think, if the said person challenges the said document, he should approach the proper forum, but not an Arbitrator. Plz. Suggest me whether it is correct or not. If so, please provide an Apex Court finding in this regard, if possible.

Hi,
My husband has changed his name in gazette of maharashtra government. However I am interested to know the limitations & scope of that gazette.
Can we use the same to update our property documents having old name on them?
& Can it enable us to update name on bank accounts?

Hi,
i am planning to start an industry in Karimnagar. for this purpose i am in need of land to the extent of 8 acres on lease.
I have finaliased the land, but the problem is the land is assigned land for the SC/ST comunities.
I want to be little cautious while ging ahead with the deal, and i need your valuable advise regarding whether i can go ahead with the lease agreemnet or not.
The Andhra Pradesh (Prohibition of Transfers) Act. 1977 prohibits the transfer of title.. but in my case i am taking the lease for few years and really does not amuont to title transfer.. (i assume.. correct me if i am wrong)..
to the extent i have read the act it does not prohibit leasing of land...
can you please advise if i can take the land on lease and what would be the legal problems that would arise after that..
Regards,
Samson

we filed the suit for partition from her father in law, and possession also. from the equal sharein as per Registered Partitioned deed, . Now my client's father - in -law was died. Dear Sir(s),
Is there any provision to have speedy orders/proceedings/judgements for Sr.Citizen who are unwell, in Lower courts of Districts.. The matters dragged by Judiciary itself by way of slow Judges?
What is the wayout?
Can a common Sr.Ctz complain to High Court or Higher District court directly, because lawyers do not involve in such thing.
This is Voice of the Sr Ctz. who is purposely made to run around & unable to attend civil suits.
PLEASE DO NOT MIND, ITS A LIVE STORY & FACT OF A CRYING / AILING Sr.CTZ.

Dear Sir(s),
In a partition/FDP case there was compromise & there was map/sketch attached, but in Final decree there is no mention of that sketch which forms part & parcel of the proceedings.
Now one of the Decree Holder is troubling & taking contention that there is no mention of sketch in Final Decree,of 2006.Now,
What is the remedy?
The EP filed held that sketch is part & parcel.

Hi,
I was working in Singapore for sometime and I got transferred to India unexpectedly. I was left with credit card payments. After coming to India I asked them to transfer the credit card account to India since it is from a global bank and they said they cannot do it. I informed them that I would like to make the payments despite threatening messages from the recovery personal. I would like to know if legally either party can have a recourse to sort this out in Indian courts since the credit balance is not transferable to India. Appreciate your help.
Warm regards
A Gowri Sankar
