In 1985,land owner had given registered GPA to sold his property to 'B'.'B' had sold that property to'C' through unregistered documment.But in sale document we have not found any signature of true land owner & true owner also died.My question is
1)Whether sale of land from 'B' to 'C' is valid with out signature of true owner in sale document
2)Whether 'C' got valid title
3Is it possible for 'B' to sold the land on behalf of true owne(GPA) with out signature of true owner

Hi Sir-
We have purchased a Land in Hyderabad from a person in 2004 and got the registration done. We had our Phone numbers marked on the plot pillars last year i.e 2011. Suddenly we got a call today from another person claiming our land to be theirs. They say that they purchased land from the same person from whom we purchased in 2007 and got it registered and have all the documents. They asked me to do a Encumbrance in ap govt portal and I tried to do the search and it says no records found.But they say that their records are available in online also. Also they say that they have the latest Encumbrance Certificate with them. Even we have the Encumbrance Certificate but that is dated back to 2004. I am planning to meet the local sub registrar tommorrow.
Request you to suggest on how to proceed further in this regard.

Hi Sir,
My grandfather was died on 1990's.he has 1 son & 4 daughters.My father is the only one son & elder to all.we are only maintaining all the property after my grandfather died.we gave money to all my aunties for their marriage & jewels also etc ... Now,one of my aunty is filed a case against property.so now we need to give only 1/5 to one aunty.Is there any way to acquire all the properties to my father side.The whole property is around 3acres only.cultivation land.if we share that to 5.it will not be useful to anyone sir.
Also one more thing is we are planning to get release deed from other two aunties.what is the procedure to get that.Is it possible to get release deed for filed case property.
Could you please help him.

Dear Experts,
What is called a Garnishee order, and what are the amounts attachable and not attachable under garnishee order. Civil Court issued a garnishee order not to pay any amount till disposal of the Civl Case (Private chitfunds filed a case). and based on the order of the court from past 3years they dint paid to any one that amount includes the gratutity, leave enchashement etc.,Salary etc.,

Dear experts,
one of the plaintiff send the notice to my client (defendant) nature of the case is insufficient fund, and the plaintiff send the notice u/s 138 of NI Act, but he is filed Civil suit, it is applicable to file suit, and good was supplied via invoice by the plaintiff to defendant, half amount was paid in cash, balance half amount pay by cheque the same was dishonour, now the the plaintiff taken limitation from the date of bounced cheque date, my query is the plaintiff can take limitation from bounced date or invoice date in civil suit pls clarify me, its very urgent.

My father is an N.R.I.He left us 8 years back and we kept waiting for him.,while my mother was taking care of us.We tried to contact him in many ways where we didn't find him anywhere,He didn't even spoke to us.My mother filed 498a on him knowing he came to India.,He didn't attend any of the court proceedings escaping every time with some reasons.,He doesn't send any money also for as maintenance Now my mother has expired on march 25th leaving us as ORPHANS,
Now i'm pursuing my B.Tech and i need his help to complete it.I just want him to take care of my studies whereas i'll take care of my brother and sister with my earnings..we filed maintainence case on him.,he will receive the notices and he'll quit coming by sending some excusing reasons..
I used to study with my bank loan for my studies and now it also has been cancelled due to sudden death of my mother..i need to take care of my sister nd brother but my studies are also going to be stopped..,so i just want to ask my father for the fees(becuz none other would)..kindly help me how could i approach him and get my fee atlaest.

hello sir, Can i file defamation suit against my sister in law and her mother. My sister in law is 17 years old and her mother is putting false allegations of sexual harrassment. she has put in false allegations infront of all my family members. i want to punish her through appropriate law. i have heard about this defamation suit. she has verbally said all this. my salary is 15000 per month and how much amount that i can impose her as penalty under defamation law. my family has gone through mental agony since last 2 months now. please kindly help.
