Dear Friends,
I have a simple query relating to jurisdiction of courts in civil & criminal matters. I have come across with many agreements between the parties situating in diiffrent states. But there is a cluse in the agreement that in case of any dispute, only the courts situated at a particular place say Mumbai( where the parties are situated in Delhi and Mumbai)I want to ask is this kind of a cluase is binding on the parties specially where the Civil & Criminal procedure in India specifically define the jurisdiction of the courts.
Secondly, in some agreement the dispute resolution mechanism is provided through Arbitration Law and there is a clause in agreement that the decision of Arbitrator will be final and binding on the parties. Does it mean that the parties are debarred from going to courts having such clause in the agreement. can we have dispute resolution mechnism both by arbitration and by normal legal mechanism in the agreement.
i shall appreciate if some one can pls clarify the above points.
Thanks

A trespasser forcibly occupied a property belonging to his relative, with whom he was not on good terms. He had no agreement or documents to justify possession.
He went out of station for a while, thereby giving up his illegal possession temporarily.
When he came back, he found the owner had taken back possession, sold the property and vacated it, removing all his movables.
Does he have any right to claim recovery of possession of the movables he had left behind?
what is the legal status of the ownership of these movables?
Respected Experts,
Following excerpt need valuable advice;
Self acquired property of parents and do wish to bequeath only to daughter in order to avoid unwarranted claim of daughter- in- law due to family discord with their son. But at the same time parents wish to give equal share TO AND between son and daughter. Parents wish to know a perfect legal ground to save and avoid a possible claim of daughter- in- law in future.
Hence, thinking to have a mutual WILL between the parents in respect of ownership based on their survival. What could be the outcome if the said WILL even mention the equal share of son by the parents? Whether daughter in law can legally challenge the said WILL as of her right as wife? Kindly provide a solution.
Thanking you all for contribution.
