Dear expert,
my relative took loan to his medical issues and he has paid the EMI on every month. But few months he has refused to pay EMI and bank officers demanding money from us.
Kindly provide the solution on this, is the bankers can demand money from us.?
we are also very poor and could not make the EMI, please provide advice to get relief from this case.

What will be fate of land if A person with two sons purchased equal area of adjoining land on same date by sale deed to his both son A and B in 1980.Later after death of A and B, widow of B sold that portion of land purchased in name of B witnessed by major son of B. Family of A is in peaceful possesion of their portion of land in 2014.
Can family of A can later claim over piece of land registered in name of B which was already sold in 2014 citing that B was minor on date of sale deed and it's mentioned in sale deed of 1980 that B was not minor and his profession as agriculture/buisness .
Does this case will stand?

Sir I n my brother have a joint vacant site as per records. My brother purchased another land site in his own name. Now he constructed a residential building covering both lands 1800sq ft X 2 plots. I have objected in EB office not to give EB connection to the building. They kept pending three months. But yesterday in my absence EB connection has been given two days back. Van I take legal action on the engineer?

A notary, residing in my Taluka, is practicing unethical. He is notoriaing fake documents and running a nexus of grabbing lands of poor farmers here. Please suggest me where to file complaint.
Better if I get online option.

Sir, I bought a 22000 sft(50 cents) of land ,categories' as agriculture land, then ,in 1996. Now this land is reclassified as General Industries category under Coimbatore Master Plan. I am enjoying peaceful possession of this land for last 24 years. This vacant land is abutting the the Main Highway. Now one adjacent landowner is claiming a water cannel and pathway right across my land. Ever since there is no such pathway or cannel across my land. Now he is preventing me to develop this land .Is his right is acceptable? There is no record showing this cannel and pathway in FMB(Field Map Book) revenue records. What is the remedy to prevent him to interfere in my land?

My grandmother had made a will in favour of my uncle and my father by registered will.she had excluded my aunt from the will. My grandmother died 2 years back. She has 3 kids(my father , my uncle and my aunt).

Hi,
Currently, I am working in ABC company, Today I got offer letter from XYZ company and i accepted the offer letter of XYZ company in their website, after accepting offer letter i haven't received any acknowledgement.
My Joining date as per offer letter in XYZ company is 30th November,
Notice period in ABC company is 30 Days.
My Question:
i) Whether i need ask acknowledgement of accepting offer letter to XYZ company or not required.

My application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC, has been dismissed by ADJ Tis Hazari Delhi. I have been advised to go for the Revision Petition.
But now I found many Supreme Court and High Court Judgements in which Revision petitions were not filed, but Appeals were filed. These matters have been judged by these Courts without any objection upon maintainability. Now I am again confused, whether to file CRP(Civil revision Petition) or an Appeal? Plz respond sir.....

Debt recovery
Dear gentlemen
May I request you to give your advice for my problem.
I am working in Saudi Arabia since 2007 and my family was also living with me in KSA.
In April 2018 I left the kingdom on final exit with my family and settled in Davanagere karnataka.and in the same year.
After a month I joined another company and staying alone. And my family is in India.
Since 2008 my father in law (wife’s father) taken money from me till 2013 .In fact he is running illegal real estate business. He promised my wife that he will give some properties from his business I have given 1.06 crores through bank and 65 lakhs by cash .He invested this money and made lot of money and properties
But he has given properties worth of Rs 125700 and Rs 174500 then he made all properties in his son’s name. Still he has to pay me Rs 15668500 plus interest or the properties worth of my balance money and interest.
Recently I came to know that he has made properties within his family transferred all the properties in his son’s name he has taken release deed from my wife and her 4 sisters.
The issues
1) Out of 2 properties one property is in litigation. A land measures 2.05 acres is encroached by another person and I have left with less than 1 acre. My father in law is not ready to resolve the issue as per sales deed.
2) I have to recover my money worth of 1.06 crores which I have given officially through bank from my wife’s NRE account.
I have the following issues
As we were living in Saudi Arabia as residents up to April 2018. I believe cause of action or limitation starts from April 2018 – correct me if I am wrong.
I have approached him several times but he never cares about my wife’s words I have no contact with him since 15 years. All the transactions happened through my wife.
I want to know whether the limitation is over or is it effective from April 2018.
Could you please help me with this issue and suggest a good advocate for me
