If person works in a private organisation then is it necessary to take permission for distance learning, online courses, certifications etc in India?

Please guide me on this corporate employee related matter. It is evident that due to pandemic scenario business and workings of all employee had been adversely effected. Still he tried to cope up well with scenario and gave his level best. At the time of yearly appraisal where he can be given such rating so that he can be at least retained in the company, his boss, to setlle his grudges and utilising his chance of finally taking his revenge, he gave him worst appraisal feedback so that he would be exited from the company. Please advice.

I can not send company master .. in the year 2011 authorised capital is shown as 50 lakhs where in year 2021 it is shown as 5 crore

A Ltd Company is falsely reporting its authorized capital to be ten times than actual. What action can be taken against the Company - its directors ? What sections of law are applicable and where the case should be filed? What is remedy?

We are a partnership firm, 2 partners, me & my brother. We have deed of Partnership on stamp paper dtd 12-03-1998. We are registered MSME and have Credit facility from SBI. We regularly pay Income tax and GST.
One of our customer has not paid dues after purchasing items from us.
Can we claim the due payment by filing a case in civil court? Since we are not Registered Partnership, can we file the case or not?

A Ltd Company is falsely reporting its authorised capital - instead of 50 Lakhs it is given figure 5 Crores for a numbers of years.
Now what is remedy - to whom it should be complaint? What is remedy?

Respected Experts,
The AOA was registered without election in my society. After 5 months, all residents are putting pressure for election to electe new team. Now what is happened, first AOA team including President has put their resignation.
Is their resignation valid ? they are not taking responsibility to conduct election. who has authority to conduct the election for new team ? Please suggest.. what should we do ?

Hi,
Below is Recruiting company terms for recruiter.
You will disclose to the Company forthwith any discovery, invention, process or
improvement made or discovered or created by you while in our service, and such
discovery, invention, creation, process or improvement shall belong absolutely to and
be the sole and absolute property of the Company, including any computer programs.
If and when required to do so by the Company, you shall at the Company expense,
take out or apply for the latter Patent, Licenses or other rights, privileges or protection
as may be directed by us in respect of any such discovery, invention, creation, process
or improvement so that the benefit thereof shall accrue to us and you will execute and
do all instruments, acts, deeds and things, which may be required by us for assigning,
transferring or otherwise vesting the same and all benefits arising in respect thereof in
our favor or in favor of such other person persons, firms or companies, as the
company may direct as the sole beneficiary thereof.
I need to know what this means.
1) Is it mean that if you do few hours research about career, so do we have to disclose to the company?
2) Can we use this research for personal use until we disclose.
3) If we do online courses, there we do have to do projects, do we have to disclose that projects too?
4) Can we use commercially after we leave the company, if disclosing is not mandatory?
5) any other suggestions.
I will appreciate if experts give advice according to Indian Laws.
