I've been in Startup analysis industry since 2019, I've recently saw that the advocacy students Elias need an advance ICT based application to do their work efficiently and successfully many of the lawyers have been founded many pendency in work because of the huge amount of paperwork and unavailability of tools didn't infrastructure or when the modern infrastructure is available the amount of the pricing for a suitable and affordable law software are sky High, I would like to have suggestions and recommendation for the lawyer's application features and upcoming endeavours of the lawyers application

Can a central government employee submit an expression of interest for a PR in a foreign country without resigning? If the Expression of Interest is approved, can he/she resign then before applying for visa?

I filed O.S for injunction in Junior civil courts regarding my house site and later AWARD passed by national lokadalat.
But, the problem is prior to court dispute some another person bought the site and given some money.Now, he was locked the agreement empty site handover the possession of the AWARD site.
I want to file E.P s to handover the site.Kindly advise.

An association is formed under the Karnataka Societies Act 1960. The association has conducted its Annual General Body Meeting and elected the Executive Committee Members and office bearers. It would be helpful to know whether the resolution for opening the bank account is to be passed at the AGM only or it should happen in the subsequent executive committee meeting

I am bcom 1 year student i am interested in law but came to know about clat now after completion of bcom 1 year exam can I give clat and if I get any top 10 nlu i will go in them and if by any case I didn't worked out i still had a option to pursue bcom as grad
Is it worth it to give clat in bcom 1 year

I have worked for 25 years in Biovet Industries Daman UT. From November 2022 company has been closed and they have not given me service etc. From Aug 2019 to Oct 2022 ie 42 months, they deducted PF contribution from my salary but not submitted the same amount in PF office. After 4 months they paid to some worker gratuity along with 42 months PF contribution. Kindly advise the way forward. Under which rules he is punishable?

Regarding my mba course continuation
Respected sir While pursuing MBA (Regular mode) in the first year, I applied for the exam of Junior Assistant in Public Sector Undertaking on degree basis and got selected for the post, and I was assigned to the duty.
Now can I continue my pending MBA Regular exams during my duty by taking leave on personal reasons during examination time because didn't take permission from the company
My thought is that if I complete an MBA, I want to apply for jobs on an MBA basis in other public sector undertakings as a fresher; is my MBA valid in other public sector undertakings as a fresher?
