Neighbour is creat nuisance extedning branches

There are three houses (including my house) adjoining one neighbor. The neighbor has planted and grows huge amounts of trees near the common wall on her premises. The heavy branches of these trees extend into our premises. The trees are dangerous. Frequently, branches drop into our premises and damage our property. To prevent any accidents or injuries, we three homeowners installed a shed (rooftop). The branches are suddenly falling on our shed and other parts of the property. Additionally, a lot of garbage leaves are falling on our balcony and terrace; the weight of the branches is heavy. Sometimes, branches fall suddenly at midnight with a loud noise, and it creates disturbances for all of us. We have been trimming the branches off and on at our own expense, and she is quarrelling with us for this. She uses rough language towards us, abuses us, and claims negative things about our character. She fights with us in rude language while we cut the branches on our side. Moreover, she is not allowing us to throw cut branches onto her premises. Important points are that (1) in all three houses, only senior citizens are residing, and we hardly visit the first floor; (2) the common wall's height is up to the first floor, and she has also created a partition on the wall to hide her home. Therefore, there is no question of looking towards her house. This is a stressful situation for us. How can we solve this problem legally?

Right to information act

A factual wrong information is given by Coop Department under RTI. This fact of wrong information came to knowledge when seeker of RTI information filed a case in the court. The case of the petitioner has been dismissed after a long drawn court proceedings. Now the petitioner has filed an appeal, which is under consideration.

There are provisions in RTI Act for initiation of action and imposing penalty on the erring official. My inquiry is as to whether there is any procedure for getting the wrong information quashed / withdrawn by the department who gave wrong information. There are documentary evidences to prove that wrong information was given by the department overlooking the relative documents in the file and records of the department.

new passport pvr - applicant's father's birth certificate

Dear Sir,

I have applied for a new passport.

I am born 24th August 2003

At the interview I have submitted my Aadhar, Birth Certificate, 10th, 12th and Graduate mark sheet.

I visited Police Station for verification of documents and the Police Officer after checking all the documents demanded Electricity Bill which was provided that is in my father's name as our entire family live together.

Upon producing the electricity bill, officer is demanding Birth Certificate of my father.

My father has Aadhar Card and PAN Card, but he does not have his Birth Certificate.

Is my father's birth certificate necessary? If it is necessary, then Can my father submit affidavit in lieu of birth certificate?

Police Officer states that there is a new rule. Kindly guide and help please.

Thank you.
