Sir,
It is to inform that my reporting officer has mailed in official mail a confidential representation to senior official in animosity in which he has written such things which malign my reputation. I came to know it from somewhere but I do not have proof about it. I want to get the copy of that representation through official channel so that I can initial some legal action. How can I obtain it?

Our society is mumbai based co operative housing society, yesterday ie.28th sept,2025 there was a AGM in the society compound, there was one particular rule ie. increase in mainteance charges by Rs.0.15 paise per square feet after period of 14 years, which was passed by majority as it was the need of the hour ie.22 yes & 8 no, the society having total members 71, but present in the meeting is 30 members
But within 24 hrs some committee members asking the secretary to reverse the decision of maintenance increase.
My question is since the rule is passed by the majority present in the meeting, do the Secretary or committee members have the right to reverse the decision passed by the majority members specially when the minutes is not yet prepared and filed with the registrar?

The society has given only 12 days notice against 15 days for AGM. The reason was the secretary was out of station and treasurer was sick and admitted to hospital. Now if any member objects to this short notice how to rectify the matter. Can we proceed with the AGM with the consent of GB?

I was recruited against vacancy advertised on 11.07.2003 and cancelled on 05.01.2004 thereafter re-notified same vacancies on same term and conditions on 06.02.2004 and I had opted my option for old pension scheme & option letter submitted on 30.08.2023 and the then Superintendent of post office Mainpuri was granted me Old pension scheme as per clarification issued by Chief pmg Lucknow in reference of DOP &PW OM 57/05/2021-P &PW(B) DTD 03.03.2023 but at present SPOs Mainpuri withdrawn my OPS benefits in respect of another person's time barred representation then suggest me for reconsideration of Old pension scheme

Sirs,
I have applied for my First time New Passport.
I went to Police Station with all my documents. Birth Certificate, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, School/College certificates.
Police Office asking for Electricity Bill which was provided which is in my father's name and our entire family lives as joint family.
Now the Officer is asking for Birth Certificate of my father.
My father was born in Unnao, Utter Pradesh and he does not have any certificate.
My father has Aadhar Card, PAN Card.
Kindly guide for Adult's Passport Application Father's Birth Certificate is necessary for submission.

Respected advocates, we appointed my wife uncle/lawyers on 2009 to appear before civil court in a civil case reg properties. The same case has ended in 2012 and I got some properties. Now my wife filed several cases against me including 498a etc. My minor children's are resides with my wife. My mother in law on behalf of my childs filed a partition suit against me in the civil court and my previous lawyer is appointed as my childs advocate. As per my logic this is unfair unethical. Is there any provision to file case against my previous lawyer in court? if yes please mention the rules and provisions.
