Hi All,
Thanks for your reply to my previous query. I have submitted an Application for duplicate APL(Above poverty limit) ration card signed by my father. Now my father is not well. Can I get the ration card by taking my mother even though the signature and doccuments are signed by my father.Is any signature required from my mother and there is no address proof in my mother name except Pan no.
Can any one please advise me.

My 1/2 yrs.old son is taking treatment in Nagpur for cancer hospital. In July-2010, my son has admitted in emergency condition in above hospital. It is therefore, requested, how to justify the case as a controlling officer for reimbursement of medical bill claim? In this regard. Pay & Accts officer is asking the statement in case in triplicate justifying the case? Pl. ans

friends, as an insurance surveyor i am dealing with a case, some machines are stolen from a closed factory. Owner was chasing the Police to register F.I.R. from day one of burglary but police registered it only after 15 days of occurrence and in R.T.I. response states that Owner of factory approached them only on 15th day of occurrence. Owner is giving their statement in writing. Further the value of goods stolen is quoted very low 1/100th of the actual amount of items stolen. Again Police is writing in R.T.I. response this value is what is given by Owner of factory to them. To this Owner says that Police forced their representative to write such low figure.
What can be the best Legal remedy to this situation.

क्या आप बताने की कृपा करेंगे कि अभी हाल ही में दिनांक १४ जनवरी २०११ को माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने SLP १९/२०११,७७/२०११ तथा ९९/२०११ को को रिजेक्ट कर दिया था
उक्त SLP दूरदर्शन और प्रसार भारती ने माननीय उच्च न्यायालय नई दिल्ली द्वारा पारित निर्णय के खिलाफ लगे थी
इससे पूर्व CAT के अलग अलग आदेशों कि पालना करते हुए दूरदर्शन ने जिन प्रस्तुति सहायकों को ५००० कि वेतन श्रंखला के स्थान पर ६५०० क़ी वेतन श्रृंखला प्रदान करदी लेकिन जिन प्रस्तुति सहायकों को उक्त वेतन श्रृंखला प्रदान नहीं क़ी है वे क्या करें क्योंकि वे अलग अलग स्थानों पर नियुक्त हैं

Our Society is comprising of 70+ members & is not allowing 2-3 members to give their flat on L&L just because of biased mind, though the said members are ready to pay Non Occupancy Charges.Managing committee is not giving N.O.C for the same giving reason that they are not satisfied with the reason for non occupancy. Can't any member can purchase the flat as an safe investment & earn rent on it? If I am not wrong Govt.of Maharashtra it self is planning to build housing complexes to be given on rent as the present cost of Residence has gone too high. Is there any remedy? Recently they have allowed one of their old member to give flat on L&L.

Hello sir/madam,
I done my B.Tech in computer science from JNTU university between 2003-07 and at the same time i did a B.A from Andhra university in distance mode. i cleared both B.A and B.tech. Now my question is- Can i use my 2 degrees to add my to my resume and for Govt jobs to gain additional attention. Is it by law acceptable. can i place B.A and B.tech tags beside my name. ANd i also did MBA from London on the basis of my B.tech degree.

if a paper is printed from an ink jet printer at some time & after some days or some months again some other paper is printed from same printer will there be some diffrence in both printed paper from forensic point of view i have heard that if a bullet is fired from a gun some permanent lining or scraches are left on bullet & two bullets from same gun have same marks. is same case applicable for printers too
