Can I get ration card in my mother's name

Hi All,

Thanks for your reply to my previous query. I have submitted an Application for duplicate APL(Above poverty limit) ration card signed by my father. Now my father is not well. Can I get the ration card by taking my mother even though the signature and doccuments are signed by my father.Is any signature required from my mother and there is no address proof in my mother name except Pan no.

Can any one please advise me.
