Sir - can anyone help me to know why there is no category of Co-operative Law in the discussion forum or Ask the experts column ?.
Also if some member wants to discuss on Co-operative Laws related issues - is it Okey if that member selects Corporate Law ?.

I have given general POA for transaction of all business, opening & operating of bank accounts, payment of gst & taxes etc. for my proprietorship firm. In my case, I have a bank account with a national bank and would like to change the PAN number associated with my proprietorship firm bank account to the PAN number of my attorney. However, bank is not accepting. Kindly advise whether the PAN number connected with the firm bank account can be changed to my POA holder's PAN no.?

We have applied for a Liquor License of retail vend on 13.09.2019 for 2019-20 after paying Rs. 25 Lakhs. License was issued on 22.02.2020 with validity upto 31 march 20 only, after substantial delay on department's end. We requested the department to refund or adjust the Fees on pro-rata basis but they denied by giving the reason that the License fee should be valid for 2019-2020 only and we lost our hard earn money for nothing. Kindly suggest us any legal remedy which we can exercise. We will be very much obliged.

Hello
My husband passed away on 27th May 2021. There is PPF in SBI where nominee is mentioned as his mother which was taken before marriage. I have 2 years old daughter. Will i be able to claim my share legally?
He as not changed nominee for any of his bank account and other deposit after marriage. his mother is nominee.
What can i do to claim?

An Employee nominated in his/her pension book one member from family.after passing of that person ,nominated person have whole right to receive any financial benefits, or legal heirs also have any right on that amount

Dear Experts,
Facts of the case are as under:
Booked a Bhawan in December for 3 days for the reception of my son's marriage fixed for 24th April.
Paid three days rent in Advance and I was told that this is non refundable.
Unfortunately, Karnataka Govt. announced weekend lockdown and 24th and 25th happened on Saturday and Sunday.
Our plan was to hold RECEPTION there but the Govt. guidelines said that only marriage is allowed and that too with max 50 people.
Hence we did not utilise the Bhawan and instead on 23rd April citing the above, requested the Bhawan to refund the money as we were at no fault and because of the Govt guidelines we could not hold Reception and hence did not utilse it.
But Bhawan is asking us to take 6 months time and during that time any 3 days they will allot to us.
But my problem is that I don't have any function in the next 2-3 years and hence may not be able to utilise.
They are refusing to Return money citing their bye laws that no REFUND will be granted under any circumstances.
What should be my next course of action?
Amount involved is around 3 lakhs.
Will really be grateful for any responses from the learned experts.
Jurisdiction is Bangalore.Karnataka.

If I send legal notice to anyone, how long can I sue them in court from the date of sending the legal notice.And what will be the time period to file a case against them in District Consumer forum?

Departmental proceedings against an employee.
Sir, I have filed a complaint an employee and the department has completed the enquiry and imposed minor penalty. As I have certain doubts on enquiry done, I requested photocopies, enquiry reports, statements, penalty proceedings and details of evidences & witness evaluated by inquiry officer from complainant side and defence side. The Department / Enquiry Officer is denying to give the details. Is there any rule, law to get the sought documents. Kindly advice. I have also requested under RTI, but there was no use.
