Sir I am working in education department as teacher.I have completed 9 years in service .but after completion of two years of probation period ,I have taken three months extra ordinary leave.due to eol taken by me the department has not given me time bound promotion that was due to me on 1st feb 2024,,instead they fixed the dept.fixed the date of my tbp from 1st may 2024 .is it fair sir

We are a group of 12 children who are between 13-14 years we play in our local park which come under GDA gorakhpur.
So the guards there are stopping us to play cricket,we play with soft tennis ball and we have been playing there from 1 month and no one has ever got hurt or has any problem from us playing cricket. So can they stop us I think according to fundamental rights we can play there because they don't have any board or something which tells us what sports we can play in the park.

I just want know how to claim compensation of Medical Expense in the following incident, My wife Manish Verma who went to buy vegitable on road, and Driver of City Bus of Rajkot , Aged , 66 of Municipal Corporation had suddenly got cardiac Attack and he lost control over the bus and bus want tuned down in the area Market and bus rammed over the left side lag and got seaver injured and admitted to nearest private hospital, and medical expensed raised around 70,000/ and treatment is being continued , let me know how I got medical expense

Below is a rule for study leave. Kindly evaluate in light of this . Can I take half salary and stipend also when I took study leave from Rajasthan govt. I am working as senior mo in Rajasthan state gov.
Government of Rajasthan's Decisions
@1. The Government have had under consideration the question whether a Government servant, who is granted study leave, may be permitted to receive and retain, in addition to his leave salary, any scholarship or stipend that may be awarded to him from Government or non- Government source.
After careful consideration of the matter it has been decided as follows:-
(i) A Government servant who is granted study leave to prosecute a course of studies or for recieving specialised training in pro- fessional or technical subject, may be permitted to receive and retain, in addition to his leave salary, any scholarship or stipend that may be awarded to him from a Government or non- Government source.
(ii) Where a Government servant on study leave is in receipt of a scholarship or stipend (from whatever source granted), the cost of the fees payable for the course of study may not be paid by Government under Rule 119 of the Study Leave Rules.
