Is legal notice mandatory to be signed by the client

No, it is not mandatory for the client to sign the legal notice before it's sent. While a legal notice is usually drafted by a lawyer and may be reviewed by the client, the client's signature on the notice itself isn't legally required for the notice to be valid. The essential requirement is that the notice is sent to the intended recipient, demanding something specific.

What are the facts? What is the context?

The fact is that a notice was sent by a lawyer in which it was said that you are the tenant of our client's house, whereas we are not tenants. The landlord himself replied to this legal notice without client sign through a lawyer. Now a case for recovery and eviction has been filed.

If the contents of the legal notice is false then you issue a reply notice denying the allegations and be prepared to challenge the legal action as per law and on merits.

The author but not addressee of legal notice is responsible for its contents.
