Protection of mobile call records

In my matrimonial case , I came to know that another man was guiding my wife to give complaints on me and my family. I had filed police complaint for criminal conspiracy and emotional blackmail but The police is not registering FIR since that man is a reporter and friend to them . I want to know how to approach court to protect the call records on mobile networks until the matter is finished. Since that helps me a lot. Which court should I approach and what petition should I file to get order for telecom companies to protect call history .

My second question is I had given complaint on registered post with acknowledgement since did they did not take our complaint when visited. It has been more than a month ago , every time my mother goes they are counter question and say investigation in progress. So I had written to CM for departmental enquiry and action on police officers for favouring suspects. But no response or update from that. In this scenario , how to get response from police regarding the complaint which my family gave officially. I had already filed RTI .

If you have already sent an application seeking the status of your complaint then wait for the reply.
if police is not taking any action on your complaint then yo can approach magistrate court with an application seeking direction to the concerned police for taking action on your complaint

You have already filed RTI, so wait for the reply. If not received even after 30 days, you can appeal to the next higher authority or approach a court of law.

"another man was guiding my wife to give complaints on me and my family"! So what? The facts posted do not suggest any offence which the Police can take cognisance.

It is non cognisable offence . My father got heart attack within one hour of complaint by her.
