Can the managing committee object a member from recording during the meeting

Any objection taken by some / few members present in MC / SGBM / GBM of the Society shall have to be deliberated in the same / subsequent meeting and action taken as decided.
In Delhi recording of minutes of the GBM shall be as provided in Seciton 52 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Rules 2007 which reads as;
52. Minutes of general body meeting.
(1) A co-operative society shall cause minutes of proceedings of general body meetings to be entered in a book kept for that purpose.
(2) The minutes of meeting shall be drawn up free from all alterations and corrections, and shall be recorded in the minute book within four working days after the date of meeting and the minutes shall be signed by the presiding officer of the meeting or President, Secretary or Managing Director or Chief Executive Officer. In case of co-operative housing society, the minutes shall be circulated to all members within fifteen days of general body meeting. In case of other co-operative societies, the minutes shall be displayed on the notice board of the office. The objections if any shall be placed before the Committee and shall also be placed before next general body meeting.
(3) Until the contrary is proved, every general body meeting of a co-operative society in respect of the proceedings where of minutes have been so recorded shall be deemed to have been duly called and held.

It is the minutes that constitute the record of the proceedings. If the minutes are not properly recorded, you can bring the lapse/errors on record during the next GB.

It is to be decided by General Body of CHS as no such rule/law exist for maintaining petty cash.

If the Secretary makes any such transaction it is invalid and illegal as "Secretary (in person) and (official) are two different entitlies.

It is GBM and neither the convener nor MC is important in any work / project / functioning / action of the Society.
MC is authorised / empowered by General Body to function on behalf of members as provided in Bye-Laws of the Society (approved by Registrar Cooperative Societies) / State Cooperative Societies Act & Rules governing the management of the Society.
