With regards to above subject. I had a 2 wheeler for which my housing society was charging Rs.300/- p m in my flat's maintenance bill. In June, I had shifted my bike to my native place. I forgot to inform my society about the same so the maintenance bill carried parking charges till September. Just, last week (September end), I informed them about my 2 wheeler being shifted since June. I requested them in writing to reverse / credit the amount of Rs.900/- (July, August & September) in my upcoming maintenance bill. But, the committee members are saying that the credit / reverse of parking charges cannot be done as it is old thing so it will not be done. I requested them that it is just recent 3 months. They are not giving any logical or technical reason. I think that they are actually not willing to do the reversal of charges.
Please suggest what best can be done so I can get the necessary credit / reversal of parking charges ? Am I actually right in requesting for reversal of parking charges ?
Note: No rule has been passed in any AGM about not Refunding/ crediting / reversing any charges to members of the society.
I stay in Mumbai Suburbs . Me n my husband owe two flats in the building . Recently my husband passed away and that flat needs to be transferred in my name. I m the Secretary of the building. how do i transfer the flat in my name. Like who should be able to sign the transfer forms.

I have a property in a co-operative housing society in Pune. It was unoccupied since the time of purchase and we occasionally visit the flat in a couple of years. This time around I found that the flat was already opened in spite of a latch.
There were marks of shoes, a dupatta and other things we have indicated that someone had gainer access to the house in our absence and was using it. The people living in the opposite flat said that they didn't know anything about someone entering our flat.
Can any legal action be taken against the society?
Dear sir, I have an agricultural land and we paid 50% of ready reckoner to convert the navin Sharat to bhogwatadar 1. The order from tha tasildar says bogwatadar 1 but on the saat bara it is mentioned navin sharat is converted to junni sharat and the word bhogwatadar 1 is not mentioned on the 712. Now I want to sell it and the purchasers lawyer is insisting on getting the 712 updated by adding the word bhigwatadar 1 on the 712.
This involves getting a new order from the paranth office which again is a huge cost.
Sir, I just wanted to know whether this excercise is necessary. Or will junni sharad do. The vendors lawyer claims that the pmrda will create impediments at the time of building a farm house and will demand again 50% of ready reckoner for building permission.
Can you please clarify this.

I am an owner in an apartment association of 24 flats and the association is not registered in Chennai. One of the owners had claimed an expenditure of Rs 12000 proof of which he did not submit. I had rejected this expre with majority support thro email when i was the office bearer. Now the new committee in the last meeting with other members has decided to write it off. One of the committee member now is the one who is claiming the unexpained expenditure. Can I legally proceed against the concerned members?
My 4 wheeler met with an accident one back. I loged a claim and leave my vehicle at garage. The owner of the garage took my signature on misc insurance papers for cashless etc etc. After on one I went to garage and pay Rs.35000/- for my part as per the garage. They issued a gate pass after all PDI done. When I start running my car a sign was displayed on the pannel. I informed the same, then they replied that you shound go for allignment and balancing at your place. But when I come near my hosue the vehicle start bubling and the left side side tyre with rim tottaly remove from the car. Then I booked a crane to park my car in safe place. I informed the garage for the same but no result. KINDLY GUIDE WHAT TO DO IN THIS MATTER.

The lotteries regulation act says it can only be run by states for it to legitimate but private lotteries exist as well, both offline and online.
Since lotteries are a game of chance do the gambling provisions govern them, especially the online ones? Thanks in advance.
On 22.11.2018 Possession Order for our residents property passed by DM Paschim Midnapore without my knowledge. At the same period in dec18, we paid 50 lacs against Ots. But for pending amount delayed till now unpaid because cancelled ots. At present I want to settlement but bank is ready to take possession immediately. What to do?

Can the employers cover their Contract Service Providers (who are not in regular payroll' under EPF if the Service Provides like to avail the benefit?
