if the agreement was registered by forgery with the registrar and the case was filed for this. the court(judge) didn;t allowed the registrar to verify his signature and seal nor the court allow to take the expert opinion. my ques. is who is the best person who can give the evidence on behalf of the registrar...

I have some questions on the Maternity Benifits Act. The company i work with doesn't want to discriminate on employment of women who are on the family way.
1. Can the company remove any clause which states a certain duration of employment is required for a women to be eligible.
2. Can the company overwrite the clause which says it is applicable only for the first 2 deliveries?
3. Is this benefit applicable only to married women or women in general?

if a person retired from his service & if during his tenure he is a member of credit co-op society of that institution & he has not claim his contribution toward capital etc.on retirement whether he continue to be a member of that society & if yes whether he has any rights in the same?
