relevant Judgement / citations on RECUSAL

If a Judge have prior relationship with one of the parties to the case, then the case may be requested to be posted before some other Judge- I need relevant citations /Judgements favouring the recusal of the Judge

The procedures/ necessary applications to be filed in such citation also may be circulated for my reference

You can file a transfer application on the same grounds to get the case transferred to some other Court or some other Judge.

NO NEED FOR CITATION. BECAUSE, IT IS AGAINST THE PRINCIPLES OF NATURAL JUSTICE. IT IS PERSONAL BIAS. THE JUDGE HIMSELF MUST INFORM TO HIGHER JUDICIAL OFFICERS. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE DECISION.
