Sir,
An officer(Govt.) while passing manipulated order, committed an error. in one date that officer has put his signature and on that date even he was not posted there. To prove it Can ask information about the date of joining of that officer in that department?

Dear Sir,
I have done B.S.W from IGNOU with 71% And it is my final Year of MSW. I want to do LLB from Chaudhary Charan sing University. But i have little time and could not attend class regularly. Also i want to do work as a Lawyer in court. After this year I will be a professional social worker. Can i do work as a lawyer and professional social worker. Also tell me other option to get a degree of LLB.
how much fee i have to paid to every year. please provide information early as for as possible. please clear also after doing LLB in distance learning mode can i work in court.

my ancisters are farmers of uttar-pradesh & i am born & bought-up in gujarat, now i want to pruchase an agricultural land here in gujarat.i have hurd that only farmer of gujarat can purchase an agricultural land in gujarat& there should be no 73AA on occuping status on the 7/12 of the lands paper.how & what is the procedure of purchasing an agri.land & transfering all the documents legally on my name.Pls help

please tell me the way i can able to file case against a girl. who ditch me after in touch for years, come to my family also assure every one to get marry than stop every thing. why she play such game i don't know that. sir i am not able to forget her in any sense and i m suffering alot with mental tension and health problem also. and she is enjoying. plz reply me sir what can i do in this case.. help me out sir.

CAN A LANDLORD FOR RECOVERY OF RENT/ ARREARS,GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT,ON THE GROUND THAT THE NATURE OF CONTRACT WAS CHANGED ?

hi sir,
i lost my job.since past 4 months i am jobless.i got a kid and family.when i was earning every thing was fine.
since i lost my job i am unable to pay my credit card bils .
igot a call fro recovery people
and they said they will file case against me.i am not sure what am is upposed to do
please help me
