i am been blessed with a daughter. but a big blunder happened in the hospital, because of the communication error between the doctor and the nurse a wrong injection was given to the infant.
the infant went through the tough time so do we. their was 4 exchange blood transfusions done and suffered from major jaundice and the bilirubin level reached 26.
she looks ok but doctors themselves are not sure about the future.
please advise what should be the course of action

hello to all experts
sir i got married in arya samaj mandir in 1.12.2009 in palsora village of punjab. after my marriage me and my wife live separte in our homes in between their is no physical relation between us. after that when i told about this marriage to our parents they said to me we adopt the right process of marriage than they make a ring ceramony on 14.3.2010 after that at the time our kundli did not match and my family refuse to marriage. than girl family logged a complaint aginst my family they demand for a car and one lac cash in woemen cell ludhiana. Please suggest and help me and my family we are in deep trouble. Please Help

My query is as under:
Mr.A is a Purchaser of "car",
"B" is a dealer and "C" is a financer.
"A" is a defualter of "C".
now A has filed a Consumer Complaint against "C"-Financer and prayed that, car is not working properly since the begining,hence i am not going to pay any installments further. whether such complaint is maintainable or not?

The Builder In 1994 A society was formed on Survey No. 35 Then In 2003/2004 He purchased an adjoining plot which did not have a road access he applied for permission to build which was refused but he any way built approx 18 bunglows of 2000 sq feet and sold it by assighnment documents in 2005/2006 he desolved the society using forged signatures of exisiting on the Special AGM Resolution
all this is only on Paper and made the 18 members of illegale Structures members and issued share certificates and he has conned some membrs to take ove the society and arbitrarly appointed president secretary etc keeping us all in the dark
The assitant Secretary is dily dallying about giving her rulling on the subject what legal recourse do i have

unregistration of deed
I am a commercial tenant since 17years.As my landlord was not in a good health, i couldn't register the DEED 17years back.Now my landlord is no more (died).My landlord son wants me to vacate. But i still have 1year lease left.My landlord had taken PAGADI from me, when i entered into this lease ,in writing in that deed. NOW Can i register this Lease deed so that i can file a case in court.CAN i legally clam my Pagadi from my landlord"s son at today market price before vacating .
