I want to file a case against a girl

Dear sir
please tell me the way i can able to file case against a girl. who ditch me after in touch for years, come to my family also assure every one to get marry than stop every thing. why she play such game i don't know that. sir i am not able to forget her in any sense and i m suffering alot with mental tension and health problem also. and she is enjoying. plz reply me sir what can i do in this case.. help me out sir.

no legal remedy for your problem as no offence is made out. Its upon the wish of person to whom one can marry or not.

As per your query no fraud, no offence, no defamation has been made out in the eye of law, hence you have no legal remedy to file any case against the said girl.
