Respected Sir/Madam,
I have a query regarding a fraud institute who promised me to give job after completing a course in 2008 and has not given me any job yet. These institutes send mails & gurantee you jobs telling you big big companies name ... and they never provide job.
Pls suggest me legal actions i can take against them.

Due to an interim order of the Superme Court granting stay on DPC (Promotion) the interest of many employees, who are not the parties to the dispute, are adversely affected as they are not getting their due promotion. Now, I want to ask whether they can approach the Supreme Court for early disposal of the case or for vacating the interim order.

As i recieved a answer for my query which was not a satisfied answer so i am once again sending my query.
Query:-
My motorcycle was theft same was insured with insurance co. and when i lodge my claim with ins. co same was repudiated by the ins. co on the ground that the ins. co. was delay intimated (two month) by me. while i reported to the police on the same day of theft of he motorcycle. after than i lodged a claim petition at consumer court which is listed for final arguments where i need some jugdements in my favour.

Dear sir,
Is there any law by which we can drag a person who is willfully stopping a service like electricity, telephoneline, water service, unless we give him bribe.
Can we lodge an FIR against the immediate person who is reponsible for that.

overruling of the judgement- 1997(9) scc 132
"1997 (9) SCC 132 - Mohan Singh & ors. V. International Airports authority of India".
The said judgement relates to "The Land Acquisition Act, 1894".
I wanted to know whether in the subsequent years has this Judgement been overruled/diluted/ etc. by the apex court?
