I want to give my kothi (only G. Floor constructed) on rent. Which is a better agreement ie house lease deed or rent agreement? and for how many months? What is the difference between various such agreements in the state of Haryana.I want to ensure that tenant will peacefully vacate the property after agreed period.
Wondering whether it is better to give it to a company instead of an individual on lease.

I have received return cheque frome bank but i didn't give notice to respondent with in 30 days what remedy available for me can i re deposit this cheque with in 6 mounth

I am 64yrs. I own bunglow in a chs-shares on only my name. Property tax/water /electrcity con.on my name.I have allowed my yuonger brothe to live in wth natural love and affection for 35 yrs. I am occasional visiting to my bunglow.
Naw my brother claims to be owner by virtue of stay of 35 yrs.All requests to vacat neglected.He has put his lock recently to prohibit my entry in my owned bunglow.
Can i break the Lock to enter?
Does he get any rights like advresre possesion?
Pl advise.

what remedies are available to a partner for wilful neglect of partnership buisness by a majority of the partners can court apooint a comissioner to supervise the parnership buisness
