I have recently faced one problem from my D2H(Direct to Home) TV Channel Service Provider.
1)Recharge was due on 18/09/2019
2)I made online payment on 17/09/2019 morning through d2h Service Provider App and net banking of a reputed bank.
3) In my TV Subscription Alert was coming frequently even on 18/09/2019 ,as if the payment has not been made and TV Service will be stopped
4)I immediately mailed to d2h service provider attaching a)Transaction Alert Mail from the bank showing the name of Payee(Payment Gateway) with date and timing of transaction and b)also the internet banking page of the bank showing date
and payment details to the d2h service provider.
5)The d2h service provider took no action and Subscription Alert continued.
6)As the name of Payment Gateway ie Payee was mentioned in the Bank Payment Transaction Alert Mail I mailed to Payee directly attaching all details.They simply sent back a mail giving the Query No
7)A few hours passed,No improvement .When I theatened the Payee over phone then only Payee intimated Payment Success and d2h service provider also updated their page.
8)Normally I have seen in case of another service provider TV Viewing was stopped for Actual Non Payment due to forget,but as soon as the payment was given TV was restored within 15 minutes.
9)Normally payment through the service provider is made through their Payment Gateway.In this case neither the Payment Gateway nor the d2h Service Provider was serious enough in spite of relevant papers from bank authenticating payment was supplied a no of times and it took some 30 hrs to regularise it.
10) I am a retired General Manager of big Thermal Power Stations and I took direct correspondence with Payee and caught them napping,What would be the plight of ordinary common bank and TV viewing would be stopped for no fault of them.
11) TRAI(trai.gov.in) has fixed the certain regulations and even after that d2h service provider are flouting the rules galore.it is a fallacy that another wing of TRAI tccms.gov.in(Telecom Consumers Complaint Monitoring System )is openly declaring in their webpage that TRAI Act does not envisage individual consumer complaint by TRAI and d2h servicer providers are taking full advantage of this lacuna
12)In view of present indian conditions what is the provision under Indian Laws to book this Offending d2h Service Providers and their Payment Gateways.

I would like to complain about the senior officer of a particular police station in Pune for inaction of my 2 cases of sexual assault and theft. He has received reminders from the home ministry in Mantrayala, DGPs office, Mumbai and the Ministry of Women and Child Development. I was compelled to make a personal trip to Pune recently under very stressful conditions to meet the officer. The Commissioner of Police, Pune is aware of my case. The accused is a serving naval officer, with considerable influence in Pune. I am a single woman, with no steady income, in pursuit of justice. Please advise.

Respected experts,
SSC conducts the written examination for the recruitment of para-military forces such as CRPF, ITBP, CISF and SSB. It seems to me(though I don't have evidence right now) that the cadidates who applied for ; they may be fit for Physical and Medical test, but many such candidates who are qualified in physical and medical test their written exam is appeared by someone else on his or her behalf i.e. through impersonation. With such an unfair manner they have acquired their jobs and are continuing. In such a case how can they be legally punished and what could be the highest punishment ?

Please help me write an letter regarding below.
My wife has raised a FIR for Dowry in police Station. Similarly DV is also running in the court.
Charge sheet is still pending to file By IO. Now IO is asking to return the tv fridge bad etc which my wife took at the time of our marriage. I have no objection to give as she already taken all her jewellary and her clothes last year.
But should I return the bad and other furniture before the finalization / submit of charge sheet?
Actually I want a list from her side which she is demanding back by the help of IO. SO please help me to write an official letter in which I can ask to give a list then I will return the saman.
Pls hep me Sir to write this letter also confirm should I return all the samaan a this time?

First of all, sorry for duplicate post and previous was posted by selecting Anonymous option by mistake.
I would like to know the procedure to get the details from Hon Gujarat HC.
When Gandhinagar city established, government allotted residential plots to farmer because farmer's agriculture land was acquired by govt. It's called Plots to ASARGRAST.
Also few plots were allotted to govt employee and MLAs/MPs. In year 2011, Gujarat high court banned selling of residential plots and houses of govt employee and MLAs/MPs but there is nothing mentioned about Farmers. They have mentioned that "Plots which are allotted to these people on concessional rate."
Problem now is hon. HC has not mentioned anything related to Farmer's plot but now Govt officers are not giving BU permission and also not allowing to sell the house. They are not adding family members in the property ownership (VARSAI) Other side rich people are going court and getting sell order so selling property
Is there any way to get the court case details ? How do I know that selling is really banned on residential plots given to Farmers ? Can I get this case details on based on RTI? Your help is really required. I am unable to get BU permission from Govt. Corrupt officers are making money and we poor people suffer lots.
- Other Fact is in SANAD of plot, got has mentioned that in 2 years farmer had to construct the house. Which was really near impossible for many farmers during 1980 - 1990. Land was acquired by govt in low price and then construct the house with no money.
- How to get added my family members name in the Plots (Why varsai is also restricted?)
- Why govt is not giving BU permission to plot owner ?

I filled one case against my society in 2012 for charging me penalty and legal charges in my maintenance bill after the Dy registrar order now after the disqualification of previous Secretary Chairman now new Secretary ready to waive the charges but he say to withdraw the case which I had filed in coop court so shd I withdraw the case & what is the procedure for that.

Respected sir / Madam,
We would like to seek your expert advise on the following issue......
1) The last of AGM of our Co-op Hsg Society held on 01.09.2018 but till today the minutes of the same not circulated to the members. As per Bye-laws it must be circulated within 3 months from the date of AGM to all members for their observations and suggestions if any and thereafter it has to be finalize in the MCM. Unfortunately the minutes of last two AGM's are not circulated till today and the managing committee have called the AGM for the this year - Please advise the appropriate action.
2) In the current AGM notice the managing committee has mention that .......
If it is found that there is no quorum up to 10.00 am, the meeting shall be adjourned for half an hour and this adjourned meeting shall be held on the same day and same place at 10.30 am and in such adjourned meeting the business on the agenda shall be transacted and implemented irrespective of the quorum. - We would like to know whether is this legal as per bye-laws?
Please guide us in this matter.
