I would like to know experts openion on the following points
> Is any bank authorized to give a personal loan to a credit card holder without signing any documents?
> is yes isn't it a so called 'sahukari'.
> if not then wahat action can be taken against the bank which has lured a customer to take a personal loan without signing any document and latter asking for additional money in the name of some xyz charges.
Please guide me.

I am working in a GOvernment ORganisation asPrivate Secretary and now completing my MBA (HR) and would like to change my secretarial field to Managerial fielf and as per the current scenario i am interested to have some knowledge about administrative and Labour law. I would like to inquire from the legal experts about L.L.B. programme that which type of LLB is suitable to me (part time or from distance learning). ANd also would like the opinion that from where should i apply the said course? Shall i do diploma in labour law and administrative law. Pl. guide me.

Hello Experts.
My query is as follows:
If an independent candidate dies after the date of withdrawal of nomination and before 20 days of the Poll yet his name appears in the list of contesting candidates:
(a) what is the duty of the Returning Officer?
(b) what will be the effect on the result of the election?
(c) what will happen to the votes casted in favour of the dead candidate?
I shall be grateful if some case laws on the issue is given.

The pandit who did my marriage according to hindu law has expired and accoefing to the Maharashtra marriage form,it ask us for Pandits name address and presence. As he expired so they asking for affidavit on his name, what should be the format for that. help me, i need it urgently

My sisters husband He had married my sister by G.J.Mandir name,who was serving in P& T Departmentby name Babulal.J. Mandir. He died in 1983, He possesed One plot in P& T cooprative housing society, One building on his namewas according to revenue and Municipal records G.J. Mandir,and one plot. Out of these the plot in P& T. society alloted to him on the name which he was serving with P.& T depart ment ie. Babulal J. Mandir. In P& T Department he had done the nomination of my sister.
My sister had filed an application with the district court to preserve her succesion rights and stop her inlaws withdrawing the service and other benifits from P.& T depart maent till 1986 the case remained without any decision After a specialCivil application in 1986 to gujarat Highcourt and according to its rulling the district court ordered the P& T depart ment that The status qo order doesnot apply to N.B. Mandir the wife of B.J.Mandirie.The said G.J.Mandir. The P.& T depart ment was also ordered to pay allthe dues and benifits leagally to be given to Nitaben B. Mandir.After getting service , the legal aid stopped or the pleader lady who was un married on her marraige might have shifted to other town the case remained un attended and in Feb 2008 it was disposed off by the district court as exparty decision due to absence of applicant.
At the timeof filing the case the P.& T. Society was served a notice and after District courts ruling society was represented by my sister to let her take the possesion of her inherited property in written as well as orally attending the generalbody meeting, they have been repeated ly asked to aloow her to aveil her inherited rights on the said plot. In One of the reply they have demanded for the allotment letter as well as share cerificates. means the allot mant has taken place. Now on one or another reason they are not allowing her to take possesion of her inherited property.They( The society president and others) are asking her to get probet and then to come for possesion. on other way they are sending messages you are not entitled for the inhetitance to the plot but you come and sign you will be paid some amount.
She has re married in 1990.
According to Hindusuccesion law and supremecourts judgment in the case of CherotiBharti Appeal civil 1323 0f 2008 judgment date15/2/2008
The supremecourt ,s bench has held that even after remarraige the widow does not loos her right to her inherited property from her husband's property.
Should she goand start to take possesion of the inherited plot and if any one tries to stop her ask the police protection, or in advance she should ask police protection to avoid any ones ilegal distabunce?, Or first she sholud restore the case in the district court and then after final decision she should try for the possesion?

My client’s mother had got notice from one nationalized bank that My client’s mother was given guarantee to Mrs X’s term loan and after getting such notice my client and his family shocked and found that the original land document ( Sale Deed) was not in home, his younger brother confess that he has given the said document to Mrs X husband just for study the deed but Mr X & Mrs X without my client’s brtother’s consent given the said document to Bank as mortgage, after filling the RTI against Bank, the bank has send photocopy of one affidavit and Mortgage documents, as my client’s mother is illiterate so she just can put thumb impression and from the photo copy its not clear that photo attach with the affidavit and the thumb impression too.
My client is sure that his mother neither had given any thumb impression nor given any photo to the bank as she is suffering from illness and always kept lying on bed since 10-15 years.
Now my clients wants to get back there Land document to their own custody and he also want that his brother also become safe.
I need the suggestion what steps should I take on behalf of my client so that I can help them to get justice.

i would be travelling to UK for an official visit after 25 days.In the visa form,if i select married,it needs to be supportted by marriage certificate.but till now i have not got my marriage certiifcate .pl advise in this case what should i submit since i dont have any document supporting my marriage

i) To indicate when a candidate selected and appointed through Competitive Examination various departments joins much earlier to his junior and subsequently joins say one or two years has claims over his seniors Any court orders, His seniority has to be fixed only from the date of junior joining in any departments
ii)whether a candidate appointed regularly through any service commission whether his seniority has to be placed before temporary employees or after them
iii) Any supreme Court judgements in such type of cases
