Kindly let me know under which provision i can move a petition before Sessions court seeking directions for protection of lives and liberty of newly married couple(Intercaste Marriage)In Karnal Session Judge has exercise powers under in given matter and directed sp to protect the petitioners.

Experts ,one of my builder is behaving as a gunda, we the actual land lords was already registered our property to said builder in 2008 along with his two other partners . in this two other partners was given checques to us , and it has been BOUNCED The case was filed by us in the court, on behalf of the 2 other persons .now the person builder one of the partner in said land was behaving as gunda and creating all neusence with his un-social elements personsnearly 8-10 members and forcebly taken poste dated achecque of 25 lakhs+ 19 months intrest i.e. 10.5 lakhs total 35.50 lakhs from my brother- in-law in turn my mother was given cheques to my brother -in-law,who was a meditor of our family {for previous M.O.U. VARIOUS agreeements}which has been cancelled by both of us in meatual understanding . ,actually the afore said person already was enterd into registration along with his 33% share with other two persons and we executed registration in favour of three persons by receving 15.0lakhs as part payement and remaining amount was given in cheques .now the question is that can i file a compalint againist the builder in police ?for his harrasments on us? or i can send a notice to said three persons ? including builder? kindly reply me urgent . it is my mothers property and we altogether executed the said property to said persons .

1.Company A has an entity in US and is a leading company in Consumer lending business. This company intends to start a payday lending business (say Company B) in UK. What are the various legal aspects that company A should be aware of to start the business in UK? Who will be the supervisory authority for the Company B in UK? And why?
Payday Loans are short-term loans which are typically for small loan amount and has a typical during of a payday (time difference between two pay dates) cycle.

Que.1.Since ours is a Federal form of Government in this regard I would like to know if the Lower Court Order of one State can be challenged in the HC of Other state by Citing the case of that particular HC Previous Order?
Some of you(Experts) might say why not challenge in the same State HC with the same citation of other HC, but that would not answer my question with regards to India`s Federalism?

Kindly advice with some case law that for married women is this necessary to mention Husband name in any document or she can mention Father's name in place of husband name.
