I am an advocate dealing in taxation cases. I am residing in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. I want to know about cyber law. Is there any recognised college nearby area of Bhilai like Raipur, Nagpur etc. Its scope and whether it is beneficial for me in my field. What is its fees structure and the cost of books.

I want to know that it is mandatory to make a gift deed if we are giving gift to somebody or Is dat gift deed require stamp duty ? Further I also want to know that If I am making Gift , say in 2001 but getting that gift dded registered in 2010 w.e.f 2001, than this gift deed is valid ?

I am one of the office bearer in housing society situated in mumbai falls under Maharashtra Housing Society Act 1960.
One of the member of the Society is not paying dues ( seasoned defaulter ) of the society since 15 years. His flat is in the joint name with his wife.
Now he wants to nominate his elder son as a associate members of the Society. My question is that is it necessary that should society acknowledge his request and accept his son as an associate members and if it is yes then under which provision of the act?

my client last received a notice from commercial tax department that the business place sun by him was under lease for one year 2006-2007 and the same expired and not produced renewal lease after said date, if not renewed, the TIN number will be cancelled in 15 days.
now my query is
can the commercial tax department raise the question now?
my client renewed the TIN regularly and submitting monthly returns.
after 3 years of said lease, at the instance of land lord can the department issue a notice like this?

Of late, in public transports or even in public places there is an uncontrollable usage of MP3 players attached to mobile phones. Such menace often leads to accidents, eve teasing and other attrocities committed against peace loving public. It is growing day by day as it is even witnessed that in a single bus more than ten MP3 songs are played in loud volumes. Since there is no law banning such filthy public habits, how can this be put to full stop through filing petitions in courts praying for ban. Under what provisions in the statute can be quoted. I need guidance from the practicing experts.

INDIAN RAILWAYS ACT 1890
DEAR FRIENDS, i want to know still Indian Railways Act, 1890 is in force and Notice under Section 78B is (Statutory Notice ) mandatory .Because i can not find out the said Act even in INDIA CODE. Still in force means , can u help me to get that act through online.
