If name of any instt/ university offering LLB thorugh distance learning can also be suggested, ikt would be a help.

Hi,
I want to know whether the time period of filing Arbitration Petition is 90 days from the date of passing of the Award or from the date on which the copy of Award is received ? the Award was passed on 6th Oct, 2010 and copy of award was frowarded by the Opponent Advocate on 16th Dec, 2010
and Can anyone provide me a copy of Arbitration Petition

Sh. Ramchandran expert has made a great sincere effort to solve the problem of Mr. Harivanshsai.
Mr. Harivanshsai expresses most gratitude towards expert for this.
Mr. Harivanshsai recieved some abusuing comment by Mr. Arun Kumar Bhagat posted irrelevently in some queries asked by him.

In answer to all these queries Mr. Bhagat has posted similar comment using the term "immoral wife"
the common answer posted by him is:-
"Whether the case relates to misuse of sexual harassment by immoral wife."
The matter is clear and under scrutiny of res. members here.
A wife & mother lost her job just because she raised a voice against exploitation.
The case against the accused is still pending before court under IPC.
How can Mr. Bhagat use such type of language and abuse whole women in this world.
What is meant by "immoral wife" & "misuse"? From where this term has been adopted and on what basis?
Thereafter account of Harinavshsai was banned.
Is it righteous?
I REITERATE THAT, HARIVANSHSAI DID NOT POINTED OUT SH. RAMCHANDRAN BUT, OBJECTED UPON COMMENT PLACED BY MR. BHAGAT, UNDER THE HEADING:

sir,
i have changed my name in the government gazette and i have got the required papers also from the government office also.
but when i went to apply my passport they say that its required to have ad on two different national newspapers.
Is it is required to give ad or is it is possible to give with the gazette paper only i can apply the passport.
please revert with details to be done for that

ONE OF MY CLIENT WHO WAS WORKING AS A OFFICER IN A GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN TERMINATED FROM JOB FOR BEING CONVICTED BY A SESSIONS COURT IN A CRIMINAL CASE. HE GOT ACQUITTED IN APPEAL WITH HIGH COURT UNDER ORDERS DIRECTING THE GOVT TO REINSTATE N PAY THE ARREARS N PROMOTIONS IF DUE FROM THE DATE OF TERMINATION.NO TIME LIMIT SPECIFIED TO REINSTATE.ITS BY NOW MORE THAN 5 YEARS AND HE HAS NOT PRESENTED HIS ACQUITTAL ORDER AND JOINED THE DUTY. SERVICE RULE ALSO DIDNT SPECIFY ANY TIME LIMIT.NORMALLY IS THERE ANY TIME LIMIT TO JOIN DUTY AFTER TERMINATION ? IN THIS CASE WHAT WOULD BE THE GOVT'S ACTION IF HE JOINS AS PER HIS WHIMS AND FANCIES.
