Hello Sir, I had asked what is the basic difference between the nature of complainant's evidence and evidence of accused in a case of dishonoured cheque? in query segments. I am happy that some experts have tried to answer my query. But I am not satisfied with the answers.
I put it in other form, that is, whether affidavit is be filed in lieu of examination-in-chief of defence evidence or the witness can be directly examined in box.
