I paid Payment against HDFC credit card settlement, I paid money against settlement , 2 installments I paid lately, however that time banker accepted & they said they can adjust 2-3 installments.
After final installment they said you will get closing latter within 7 days. however not. I called bank customer service many times,every time they said they dont hv data available or server down & someone will call u back. not recd any call.
after 3 months they started calling & harassing again n again. as u have to pay all amount again or u need to resatle account.
My condition is very bad.
Please advice what to do ?

If daughter live separately from her family, who is unmarried, and if she removed her name from her father's ration card , then in that case whether she have right to apply & get separate ration card on her name?

FACT OF THE CASE- 'X' PERSON FILE APPLICATION UNDER RTI FOR INFORMATION AFTER PERUSAL OF THE DOCUMENT. THE PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER FIXED DATE FOR PERUSAL OF DOCUMENT SOUGHT UNDER RTI. ON THE FIXED DATE APPLICANT SENT HIS NOMINEE FOR THE PERUSAL OF THE DOCUMENT. APPLICANT 'X' DID NOT APPEAR.
WHETHER NOMINEE CAN BE PERMITTED INSTEAD OF ACTUAL APPLICANT FOR THE PERUSAL OF THE DOCUMENT UNDER RTI ACT 2005?

my father has left us (he hasnt divorced my mother but is living seperately).my brother is working abroad from 3 years.i stay with my mother and sister in andhrapradesh.we like to apply for a ration card in my mother's name and she stays at home and is not working,is it possible for us to apply for ration card.what are the required things to apply for it,please kindly inform.
