SC sent my property dispute case for mediation center. my query is does the report sent by mediator with negative remark make any difference in SC if the mediation fails,

A&B start a firm to supply service to a PSU 'C'. A&B did not register the firm and it is only a 'paper' firm. After some time,A on his own came out of the firm. A continued to supply service to the PSU and the PSU made payments. A submitted bills in his individual capacity to the PSU (with a mention that it was formerly a firm). PSU concerned only for services provided and paid bills to A. Now,whether B can approach PSU to derecognise A as an individual? Can B sue PSU for payments made to A as an individual?

i am the defendant in SC.a plot of land was auctioned in favour of plantif .i went into agreement and paid half the amount to him to deposit in uit a/c so after patta issued in his name i pay the balance amount, he tranfer through regitery in my name. He did not transfer the plot in my name till 3 year so i had to file a writ in court.In DB High court the
case was decided in my favor and spacific performence was granted..now in SC his plea is that uit had canceled the said plot in 1970 for witch he filed a suit for injunction for witch he got relief in high court the plot was restored his possession on the condition that if uit want to cancel they should take proper procedure .he was given possession in 1985 till now no action has been taken by uit.(rti information obtained in2005) and he is in possession of the property.he says possession was restored but the cancellation was not set aside . so he has no title that why he is unable to perform specific performance of contract. HIGH COURT in my case also observed he had placed fraud documents in court so his hand are not clean. please advice me THANKS

DEMAND NOTICE 13(2) HAS BEEN ISSUED. AFTER EXPIRY OF 60 DAYS, THE LOANEE GOES TO LOK ADALAT SAYING HIS FINANCIAL POSITION IS NOT WELL AND HE WILL PAY LESS THAN PRINCIPAL. WHETHER SARFAESI PROCEDUR SHOULD BE STOPPED IN LIGHT OF LOK ADALAT NOTICE TO APPEAR(OUR ORGANIZATION SHOULD APPEAR AT THE COURT)

If ST land is auctioned under SARFAESI ACT in favour of a bidder who is general in cast. Whether the same auction will be legal or not.

having tpa,builder noc,sale agreement and allotment letter, Sarfaesi action may be proceeded or not.

My question is -
1- "whether a lawyer can buy/sell shares of any stock exchange within territory of India?"
2 - "Will daily buying or selling shares come under any defination of trade."

every year rising school fees
we have a trend of rising school fees in every school here inspite of opposition from parents but nothing seems to happen and the school owners acting as sharks do not wish to listen to the cries of e parents.
I want to ask is how can we apply the brakes to this ongoing trend.
