My application under domestic violence act is pending in the court,how i can request to court to recover my articles still in possession of my in laws.Regards

No it is definitely not that.

You can file application u/s 19(8)of the DV Act for return of your stridhan articles.

A magistrate can direct the respondent to return Stridhan u/s 19(8)of the DV Act at the time of final disposal i.e. disposal of Sec. 12 petition but not under section 23.
