eviction

I was incarcerated for 2 years for a problem created by my boss. I was slapped with 420,467,471 for a forgery done by my company owner. He was granted bail within 9 months where as i was granted bail after 2 years. The story is that the flat where i am staying belongs to my sister, as i dont have any flat of my own. Because of my sister's insistance i am staying with my mother in her flat.

I am still an accused and the case is running in New Bombay court. case comes up once in six months.

The main problem is that the society commitee on their monthly meeting has proposed to kick me out of the building as i had been in Jail for 2 years.

Now the thing isi am 57, i dont have a job, a house or any way of income. Is it legally bound for the society to evict me from my sister's house. My sister is against their verdict. she wants me to stay in her house. Is the society justified, under human rights and the constitution of India, in kicking me out. Can I sue them for a undisclosed amount for torturing me mentally and making me sick man physically. I cant sleep properly during nights and i cant do anything due to this mental torture.

I want an legal advice regarding this matter. If I can be evicted then under what section or Law.

Tax returns

Hi,

One of my colleagues informed me that she can get file tax returns for me thru a CA friend of hers. She mentioned that I wouls get something additional in my account and and that needs to be given to the CA. As a guarantee she asked me to give her a cheque without amount on it. I emptied my ac and gave a cheque with my signatures. I was eligible to get about Rs 20000/- where as I got about Rs 155591/-. The girl's brother took 135591/- out of my acc. now I'm worried about the money that i got in returns. I did not sign on any docs for the return. She took only my PAN #. I want to return the money to the IT dept. I need to know a way to get the money back from this girl. She has done this with several others and has taken Lakhs of rupees from everyone. How do i go about it. I will consult a lawyer but I would love to know based on what did she withdrew Rs135591/- extra out of my PAN ac. Please help. I understand it was stupidity to give a blank cheque, but i emptied my ac before doing that. Can anyone help?

Relevance of Section 29A of HSA 2005

Can Married daughters,married prior to
22 June 1994 who are settled, not seperated nor divorsed claim Co-parcenary rights under Section 29 A,29B & 29 C of Hindu Succession (Maharashtra) Amendment Act or under Hindu Succession Amendment Act 2005?

Could some legal pundits throw light on this issue with the exact interpretation of Section 29A, Section 29B and Section 29C and/or any with support of Caselaws substantiating/purpoting the class/categories of daughters entitled for the same.
