Welfare Associations

Flat Owners / Colony welfare associations formed as per A P Societies Act, are doing services to the residents collecting necessary monthly amount from them towards the expenses of various catagories.

Do they come Consumer Act?

If the elections are not held in time and accounts are not audited yearly, whom to complain?

State Vigilance will take action on POLICE

Dear Experts,

I would like to complain to State Vigilance Commission, will they take action on POLICE on Corruption or Misconduct, which would be the better one.

Reason:

Despite, duly enclosing Central Information Commission and High Court judgments for request, the police is furnishing false and misleading information.

Anyone answer please
