SIR
I AM WORKING IN A AUTONOMOUS ORGANIZATION SINCE LAST TEN YEARS IN THE PAY SCALE OF 4000-100-6000 AND THEN IN THE GRADE PAY OF 2400 WITH BASIC PAY 9890 ACCORDING TO 6CPC RECOMMENDATIONS.
NOW I AM SELECTED IN POST OF ASSISTANT PROGRAMMER IN PB2 9300-34800 GRADE PAY 4600 IN THE SAME DEPARTMENT WHICH IS EQUIVALENT TO 600 (PRE-REVISED SCALE). THE DEPARTMENT WRONGLY FIXED MY BASIC PAY 10260. I HAVE A CONFUSION THAT ACCORDING TO FITMENT TABLE THE MINIMUM BASIC AGAINST 6500 IS 12090 BUT I HAVE NOT ANY RULE POSITION ABOUT THIS. PLS TELL ME WHAT I'LL DO AND PLS TELL ME THE RULE REFERENCE ALSO.
THANKS

The issue is that we have huge stock of packaging material (MRP printed at bottom) lying with us and we want to use this and increase the MRP. Kindly suggest (a) how can we use the material lying with us and (b) how can we increase the MRP as per Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and Legal Metrology (Packaging Commodities) Rules, 2011.

Our society was registered in 1982 with stilt parking + 6 floors with 3 flats in each floor. Some of the members had purchased slit parking from the builder which is mentioned in the agreement. However Share certificate does not mention the stilt parking mentioned in the agreement. The allotment of parking area to some members had remained a dispute but status quo was maintained. However in view of the recent supreme court judgement, following are the queries :
- Is the earlier allotment & purchase of the stilt parking mentioned above valid.
-Can the same be sold and transfered separately by the member.
-If allotment and Purchase is null and void ab inito, can the society be the rightful owner and allot the same as per the bye laws.
kindly give your answer with a copy of the Supreme court order in this connection.
