Good day to all experts,
I need a small help,
I purchased one property in Navi Mumbai.Following are the detials.
1)The plot is a Tender Plot, with agreement to lease between CIDCO and builder with stamp duty paid.
2)All apartment/Flat owners formed a CHS in 2005-2006 ,but due to lack of follow up they never execute a Lease agreement between CIDCO,BUilder and CHS.
But now since i purchased one of the apartment my Home Lender(SBI)is asking for a NOC from CIDCO for loan ,but CIDCO is saying since conveyance is not on CHS's name they cannot issue a NOC,they are asking for conveyance first.Though CHS submitted everything to CIDCO for Conveyance.
Please how to get out of this Deadlock as fast as possible.
Though various Lawyers claim that being a tender plot CIDCO NOC is not required, but bank is firm on there decesion.
Please HElp.
THanks a Lot.

Respected Sir,
For my grand father there are 3 sons and 2 daughters.I'm the son of third son.My father died in 2004. we belong to Hindu Religion.
In 1979 fist son took his property share (1/3) and made registration to his name.
In 1991 remained property is divided between second and third son equally.at this time property divided detailed LETTER is made and gave to FIRST SON to keep.
now we and second son are all have decided to get registration and went to secretory office. but secretory officer asked to submit that property divided detailed LETTER and also asked to bring First son to office for signature.
But First Son Denied to give Property divided detailed LETTER and also denied to come to office for signature. This is one main problem.
One more problem is one of the daughter of my grand father also asking share in property. She married in 1975.
So my questions are 1Q)Is there any way to get registration without that property divided letter? 2Q)can I get justice if I go to court about this First son cheating us and that letter? 3Q)can court provide a order for registration without that letter?
4Q)Is daughter of my grand father is entitled for share in property now?
Any suggestion is much appreciated and Thankful.
(sorry for my english)

respected sir, my sister who's married last year { with hindu rituals}and her married life was totally disturbed by her mother in law and father in law who is actually step dad as a result my sisters hubby took a decision of living separately with his wife as a result his mother started blackmailing him of his wifes life and took his signature on the documents of possession of property the document stated that he is will fully transferring his property to his mother and in future he will not at all interfere and claim his property due to which the couple now are facing financial cries, she also is torturing them emotionally and giving false messages to the couples relatives and friends that the couple died in car accident, what step should be taken to stop all this and about the property or they should not claim and forget about the property? please help
can i run my own office in my flat
Hello,
i am from visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh and own a flat in an apartment. i have rented half of the flat to a family and run my office in the other half since the last 6 years.
Recently some members of the apartment are objecting to my office in the apartment even though its my own flat. They are even prohibiting me from parking my vehicle in the apartment in my parking slot which i had bought by paying 50,000/- to the builder. the members of the apartment (i guess it is a registered society) say that once i rent the flat to someone else, i do not have a right to park my vehicle in the apartment.
Well, i really have not read the bylaws and the management has not changed in like 5 years.
Who should i consult. Please someone tell me my rights(if i have any).
Thank you.
I run a designing office for paper adverts with 1 staff and 1 computer. There are also no visitors as the work is done over the net.
